    Abstract: A pellicle structure comprises a frame having a vertical through opening and a pellicle film spread on the upper the upper end of the opening of the frame. The pellicle film has a coating layer comprising a coating agent formed at least on the inner surface thereof, and a bonding portion for bonding the end edge of the frame to the peripheral edge of the pellicle film through an adhesive layer. The coating agent, in the bonding portion, is dissolved or dispersed in the adhesive so that the pellicle substrate is directly contacted by and bonded to the adhesive.

    Abstract: A locking device for trunk lids comprises a latch for engaging with a striker, a ratchet for maintaining the engagement between the latch and the striker, an output member rotating by an electric motor against resilient force of a return spring, a moving bar provided between the ratchet and the output member so as to slide in a lateral direction, the moving bar having one end connected to the output member and the other end connected to a key cylinder, an engaging portion provided with the moving bar for engaging with the ratchet to release the ratchet from the latch when the moving bar laterally slides from an original position by the rotation of the output member or the key cylinder. The moving bar is restored to the original position by the resilient force of the return spring after the ratchet is disengaged from said latch.

    Abstract: A deodorizer comprises a hydrophilic solvent extract of fruit-bodies of champignon mushroom or powder of the extract as an effective component. The extract of champignon mushroom used as an effective component can be prepared by a method which comprises the step of immersing the mushroom in a hydrophilic solvent at a temperature ranging from 60.degree. to 100.degree. C. for 15 minutes to 2 hours to perform extraction. The extract can further be treated to obtain the effective components in the form of powder.

    Abstract: A lubricating oil containing an aromatic ether compound represented by the general formula, (R.sup.1).sub.n Ph--O-- (R.sup.2 O).sub.m --R.sup.3, wherein R.sup.1 stands each independently for a particular hydrocarbon group, an etheric oxygen-containing hydrocarbon group, an alkoxyl group, or a halogen-substituted hydrocarbon group, R.sup.2 stands each independently for an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sup.3 stands for a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, Ph stands for an aromatic substituent, n stands for an integer of from 1 to 5, and m stands for an integer of from 1 to 30. The lubricating oil has excellent lubricating property, cleaning property and electrically insulating property, exhibits excellent sealing property owing to its high viscosity and wear resistance, and further exhibits excellent compatibility with R-134a, etc. The lubricating oil can be favorably used for the refrigerators such as of electric refrigerators and room air conditioners that use R-134a as a coolant.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a solid printed substrate to be used for mounting electronic parts and a method of manufacturing the same. A metal base substrate having a plurality of copper foil layers stacked thereon is employed placing a thermoplastic polyimide sheet between each copper foil. The metal base substrate with a circuit pattern prepared on each copper foil layer is processed by bending or deep drawing into a box-shaped work which has an opening surface. The opening surface is processed so as to have a substantially equal area with that of the bottom of the substrate and have a collar portion on the periphery thereof. On the collar portion, leads to be used for connection with other wiring substrate are formed by patterning on copper foil layers.
