Abstract: A method and a computing apparatus for managing a portfolio of securities and derivatives are provided. The method includes: identifying a plurality of available hedging instruments based on the portfolio of securities and derivatives; obtaining historical market data that relates to the identified plurality of hedging instruments; assessing an optimized value of the portfolio of securities and derivatives based on the obtained historical market data; and determining at least one potential action to be executed with respect to the plurality of available hedging instruments based on the assessed optimized value. The assessment of the optimized value of the securities portfolio may effected by generating a market model simulation function, such as a finite dimensional Linear Markov Representation (LMR), based on the portfolio and maximizing a value of the generated market model simulation function.

  • Publication number: 20210081174
Abstract: A first multiplier multiplies a first input with a first coefficient and a first adder sums an output of the first multiplier and a second input to generate a first output. A second multiplier multiplies a third input with a second coefficient, a third multiplier multiplies a fourth input with a third coefficient, and a second adder sums outputs of the second and third multipliers to generate a second output. The second and third inputs are derived from the first output and the first and fourth inputs are derived from the second output. • Patent number: 10949606
Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is directed to low-maintenance conversion of an advance function presentation (AFP) format to a portable document format. According to an embodiment of the present invention, hidden text may be inserted as locators in the AFP files. For example, the hidden text may be inserted in a small font size (e.g., approximately 1 point) in a color that matches the background, e.g., text in white. A benefit of this hidden text is that it does not need to change with the maintenance of the statement template. Accordingly, the transformation software template may be built, or trained, to look for these hidden text locators to identify the beginning and end of sections. This leads to a robust transformation software template that does not need to be maintained or changed with text changes in the statements.

  • Patent number: 10946218
Abstract: A method for controlling a medical apparatus (100) includes receiving a treatment plan (168) specifying a target volume (146) within an imaging volume (138) and a dose rate of radiation emitted by a radiotherapy apparatus (102). The medical apparatus (100) repeatedly acquires the motion tracking magnetic resonance data and the image magnetic resonance data using an interleaved pulse sequence. The radiotherapy apparatus (102) is controlled to radiate the target volume (146) in accordance with the treatment plan (168). A dose distribution map descriptive of a radiation dose received by the subject (144) from the radiotherapy apparatus (102) is calculated using the motion tracking magnetic resonance data, and the treatment plan (168). A diagnostic image is reconstructed using the image magnetic resonance data. A display displays the diagnostic image and the dose distribution map.
