Abstract: Systems and methods for delivering therapy and/or medicament to a subject use one or more sensors to generate signals that represent characteristics of ultrasonic energy emitted during the use of respiratory medicament delivery devices. Parameters based on these signals indicate energy amplitude in one or more frequency ranges. Such parameters can be used to characterize the emitted ultrasonic energy and control and/or monitor device operation and/or patient adherence.

Abstract: The present invention enables a network operator to select a gateway that provides desirable operational parameters to access a network node function in a network node requested by a client. A network service provider detects what service a client device is requesting or using and selects a gateway (e.g. PDN-GW) to deliver the service. The client device is signaled to make a new connection to the network using the selected gateway, e.g. by connecting to the APN associated with the PDN-GW that delivers the service.

Abstract: The present invention relates to monitoring biological tissue during a delivery of energy. A probe-driving unit repeatedly drives an integrated push-and-track transducer unit, which is external to the control device, in repeatedly providing at least one ultrasonic push pulse (302) that is suitable for displacing biological tissue at a monitoring location (M), and in providing ultrasonic track pulses (301, 303) suitable for detecting tissue displacement occurring in response to the push pulse at the monitoring location, and in detecting and delivering ultrasonic tissue-response signals (R) relating to the track pulses. An evaluation unit receives the tissue-response signals, determines in real time whether a normalized displacement quantity has reached a threshold value, and provides an output signal when the threshold value has been reached.

Abstract: A client device generates a plurality of application windows. For example, a first application window may be provided by a first application that has a first session established with a server system, and a second application window may be provided by a second application that has a second session established with the server system. The client device detects user activity in the first window. Based on the user activity in the first window, the client device sends a message to the server system. The message providing an indication of user activity in one or more of the plurality of windows. The message causes the server system to maintain the second session as active despite inactivity in the second application window.

Abstract: Disclosed in some examples are improved methods, systems, and machine-readable mediums that allow for organization and management of electronic wallets. Users may have parent wallet elements which may include one or more child wallet elements. When a user selects a parent wallet element, the parent wallet element includes one or more selection and usage rules which automatically selects an appropriate child wallet element to use in an appropriate situation. For example, when the parent wallet element is presented as payment at a merchant, the rules may be utilized to select one or more child payment elements. The rules may select the child element based upon transaction type (e.g., at a merchant the rules may select a payment element, at an identification station, choose an identification element), or other context of the user—e.g., selecting a particular payment element based upon the type of merchant, the amount of the transaction, the goods purchased, the date, the time, or the like.
