Patent number: 10944872Abstract: A computer system is described that is configured to generate an entry in a centralized event log for each voice call into a contact center of an organization. The event log system is configured to receive call data associated with action performed during the call and retrieve context data associated with the call from across a plurality of disparate systems used by the contact center to service the call. The event log system is configured to include both the call data and the context data in the call entry, and to correlate the call entry with previous call entries for a same entity identified for the call. The call entry may also include entity profile data as metadata. The pertinent data for the call will be stored in a single, centralized location accessible by any of the front-end systems for use in determining how to handle the call.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 2020Date of Patent: March 9, 2021Assignee: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.Inventors: Julio Jiron, Kevin King, Beth S. Patent number: 10944407Abstract: A transmitter circuit for use in a source synchronous type interface includes a flip-flop having a data input configured to receive serial data, a clock input configured to receive a source clock and a data output coupled to a data line. A first multiplexer has a first input configured to receive the source clock, a second input configured to receive a phase shifted clock (shifted by ninety degrees from the source clock), and a clock output coupled to a clock line. A control circuit operates to control selection by the first multiplexer of the source clock as a transmit clock sent over the clock line for a delay on clock at destination implementation. Alternatively, the control circuit causes selection by the first multiplexer of the phase shifted clock as the transmit clock sent over the clock line if the system is configured for a delay on clock at source implementation.Type: GrantFiled: June 3, 2020Date of Patent: March 9, 2021Assignee: STMicroelectronics International N.V.Inventors: Balwinder Singh Soni, Dinesh Chandra Joshi

Patent number: 10942106Abstract: An apparatus is provided for determining particle characteristics, in which a flow path is generated containing particles to be analyzed. A light detection system detecting light received from a measurement zone which has been scattered by the particles. A time duration for which a particle remains in the measurement zone is measured to determine an effective aerodynamic particle diameter and a peak detected received light intensity is measured to determine an effective optical particle diameter. A further particle parameter is also obtained relating to the shape and/or density of the particle. This approach enables more information than only a particle size to be obtained using a single-stage optical analysis system. The additional information may be used to characterize the particles more accurately.Type: GrantFiled: February 14, 2018Date of Patent: March 9, 2021Assignee: KONINKLIJKE PHILIPS N.V.Inventors: Qiu Shi Zhang, Shuang Chen
