  • Patent number: 10925450
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods for the production of an improved integral connection of a retaining plate to the wall of a vacuum cleaner filter bag. According to a first variant, the retaining plate is not applied directly on the wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag but rather a textile material is disposed between retaining plate and the wall. The connection of the retaining plate and the wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag is thereby effected via the textile material. According to a second variant, in regions between retaining plate and wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag, a film made of a thermoplastic material is disposed between wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag and retaining plate. The connection of the retaining plate and the wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag is thereby effected via the film. According to a third variant, the retaining plate is connected directly to the wall of the vacuum cleaner filter bag.

  • Patent number: 10925585
Abstract: An ultrasonic diagnostic imaging system and method are presented in which the balance between image resolution and frame rate (Res/Speed) and the balance between image resolution and penetration (Pen/Gen/Res) are automatically adjusted in response to image content. A motion detector analyzes the relative motion between successive images. If the motion content is relatively high, the imaging parameters are changed in favor of relatively greater frame rate and reduced resolution. A low motion content causes the opposite adjustment. The electronic noise between successive images is also computed with a relatively high noise content (low correlation) in the far field resulting in an adjustment to penetration as by lowering the transmit frequency. A relatively low noise content causes an adjustment in favor of increased resolution.

  • Patent number: 10929974
Abstract: Present invention relates to devices and methods for determining a calcium content by analyzing cardiac spectral CT data. CT projection data (9), obtainable by scanning a cardiac region of a subject using a spectral CT scanning unit, is modelled (12) by applying a material decomposition algorithm to the projection data to provide a calcium-specific component. Tomographic reconstructions (13) of the projection data, to provide a first 3D image (8), and of the calcium-specific component, to provide a second 3D image (6), are performed. The first 3D image (8) is segmented (14) to provide an image mask (5) corresponding to a cardiovascular structure of interest, a part of the second 3D image (6) is selected (15) based on the image mask (5), and a calcium content is calculated (16) in the cardiovascular structure of interest based on the selected part of the second 3D image (6).

  • Patent number: 10931712
Abstract: A method and associated circuits protect data stored in a secure data circuit of a telecommunication device equipped with a near-field communication (NFC) router, a microcontroller, and the secure data circuit. In the method, each message received with the NFC router is parsed to retrieve a communication pipe identifier and an instruction code. The communication pipe identifier and the instruction code are compared to corresponding information in a filter table. Instruction codes of particular messages that attempt to modify a communication pipe by reassigning one end of the communication pipe from the port of the NFC router to a different circuit are acted upon. These messages are blocked from reaching the secure data circuit when the instruction code is not authorized in the filter table, and these messages are permitted when the instruction code is authorized in the filter table.
