Abstract: There is provided a wireless LAN access point capable of confirming and changing the setting using the IP communication for a target wireless LAN access point positively even when the IP address of the wireless LAN access point is forgotten. The wireless LAN access point, upon receipt of a probe request, transmits a probe response while at the same time starting to transmit a beacon frame required to be periodically transmitted. The wireless LAN access point starts the DHCP server therein at the same time that the process of associating the wireless LAN station is started. The DHCP server operates only for the wireless interface of the wireless LAN access point and the wireless LAN station associated by use of the maintenance SSID. The wireless LAN access point, upon complete association of the wireless LAN station with the local access point, leases the IP address to the wireless LAN station from the DHCP server in the particular local access point.

Abstract: In a key telephone system including SIP telephones forming a representative group, a main unit transmits, upon reception of an incoming call for the representative group, a “NOTIFY” message to all of SIP telephones forming the representative group to perform a calling operation. An answering SIP telephone answers the main unit by sending a “NOTIFY” message to the main unit. The main unit transmits a “200 OK” message to the answering telephone alone and transmits a “NOTIFY” message to an unanswering SIP telephone.

Abstract: Each of a plurality of wireless terminals connected to a wireless LAN base station notifies the base station of an address for receiving data by one-to-many communication from the base station when said wireless terminal executes a program using the one-to-many communication in the wireless LAN. The base station records by relating the address notified from the wireless terminal with an address of the wireless terminal for one-to-one communication. When the base station receives one-to-many communication data to be sent out the wireless LAN, the base station converts an address of destination of the one-to-many communication data into the one-to-one communication address corresponding to said destination and transmits the data whose destination address has been converted into the one-to-one communication address.

Abstract: When encryption information including an encryption rule, an encryption range, and an encryption key is input to a server apparatus from a local maintenance console in advance, the server apparatus stores the encryption information in an encryption information setting unit, creates an SIP request message including the encryption information, and transmits the SIP request message to a client apparatus. The client apparatus receives the SIP request message including the encryption information. If confirming normality of the encryption information, the client apparatus sets the encryption information therein. After completion of a setting of the encryption information, the client apparatus transmits a notification of the completion of the setting of the encryption information to the server apparatus.

Abstract: In making a switching by hand-over, it takes a shorter time to redecide a radio base station of destination candidate to be connected that is capable of securing a required radio band, even in case the radio base station of destination to be switched to refuses the connection to a radio communication terminal. Therefore, the radio base station is configured to acquire the service band information of another radio base station, and notify the radio communication terminal of the radio base station information of a destination candidate to be connected to, based on the acquired service band information, in case of refusing a connection switching request from the radio communication terminal performing the hand-over.

Abstract: The invention provides a multilayer printed wiring board including: a power supply wiring layer and a ground wiring layer provided so as to oppose each other via an insulation layer; mounted integrated circuits; and decoupling capacitors mounted in proximity to the integrated circuits and connected between the power supply wiring layer and the ground wiring layer to absorb noise from the integrated circuits. The power supply wiring layer includes through holes for connecting the decoupling capacitors to the power supply wiring layer and has a polygonal form formed by straight lines which link some of the through holes.

Abstract: A mobile terminal, to which a phone number of a private IP network and a phone number of a public network are allocated, detects whether the mobile terminal moves from a communication area of a IP wireless base station of a private IP network while the mobile terminal communicates with an IP terminal connected to an IP-PBX of the private IP network through an IP wireless base station of the private IP network. The mobile terminal notifies the IP-PBX that it moves from the communication area of the IP wireless base station to the communication area of the public wireless base station when the mobile terminal detects said movement. The IP-PBX sends instruction for a gateway device, which connects communication between the private IP network and the public network, to call the phone number of the public network of the mobile terminal.

Abstract: A relay apparatus (100) acting as an access point of wireless LAN watches a packet showing a request of starting communication among the packets to be relayed between terminal apparatuses (101,102) and records the identification information of the terminal apparatus included in the packet. When the number of the terminal apparatuses whose identification information is recorded exceeds a preset upper limit value, the relay apparatus disconnects a communication relating to the latest identification information by transmitting a disconnection command or discarding the packet. With this arrangement, deterioration of streaming communication controlled by an access point (AP) of wireless LAN can be prevented.
