Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to an emitter for dissociating exhaust gases on a molecular level into their respective elemental constituents. The emitter includes a palladium plated anode and a cathode, at least a portion of which is palladium plated. When properly powered, the emitters create a non-linear quantum dissonance field to dissociate molecules in exhaust.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for producing a composite molded body in which several layers of prepregs are laid over one another, adhesively bonded to each other and cured under pressure and/or vacuum, wherein the prepreg layers laid over one another are introduced into an airtight shell, the interior of the shell is connected to a vacuum source and evacuated and the molded body is cured together with the shell in a furnace. In order to develop a corresponding method and a composite molded body which can be produced with it, which does not have at least some of the above disadvantages, an antifriction agent is introduced into the interior of the shell before the evacuation of the shell.
Abstract: Certain configurations herein include changing the resolution of an auxiliary map (e.g., a motion map, a z-map, etc.) at a first level of quality to obtain an auxiliary map at a second level of quality. For example, changing the resolution can include receiving a respective auxiliary map of one or more vectors at one or more lower levels of quality and progressively refining, via novel operations, the auxiliary map to higher or lower levels of quality in a hierarchy.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a continuous solution three reactor polymerization process. Process solvent, ethylene, optional comonomers, optional hydrogen and a single site catalyst system are injected into a first and second reactor configured in parallel to one another. A third reactor receives effluent from the first reactor, the second reactor, or a combination of the first and second reactors. Fresh monomer is feed to the third reactor for further polymerization and to give a final polyethylene product.

Abstract: Decoder processor hardware reproduces a support plane including a set of support values. The set of support values is derived from combining a sequence of multiple original sets of values. The decoder processor hardware receives compensation information. The decoder processor hardware utilizes the compensation information to produce preliminary renditions of the multiple original sets of values based on the set of support values. Encoder processor hardware processes a sequence of original sets of values. The encoder processor hardware utilizes the values of the original sets in the sequence to produce a set of support values, the set of support values representing a baseline to reproduce a rendition of each of the original sets of values. The encoder processor hardware generates reconstruction data to include data corresponding to the set of support values, the reconstruction data indicates how to reconstruct the original sets of values using the set of support values.
Abstract: Systems and approaches for silicon germanium thickness and composition determination using combined XPS and XRF technologies are described. In an example, a method for characterizing a silicon germanium film includes generating an X-ray beam. A sample is positioned in a pathway of said X-ray beam. An X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) signal generated by bombarding said sample with said X-ray beam is collected. An X-ray fluorescence (XRF) signal generated by bombarding said sample with said X-ray beam is also collected. Thickness or composition, or both, of the silicon germanium film is determined from the XRF signal or the XPS signal, or both.
Abstract: Polyethylene is often stabilized with the combination of a primary antioxidant (such as a hindered phenol, a hydroxylamine or a lactone) and a secondary antioxidant (such as a phosphonite, a monophosphite, or a diphosphite). The diphosphite additives are not completely compatible with “linear” polyethylene. This results in “blooming” of the diphosphite to the surface of the finished polyethylene part or polyethylene film. The use of a preblend of ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) and diphosphite mitigates this problem.
Abstract: The preparation of an oxidative dehydrogenation catalyst comprising Mo, V, Nb and Te using a hydrothermal step. In some embodiments, the activity and reproducibility of the catalyst is improved by conducting the hydrothermal step while permitting gaseous products to leave the reactor. In some instances a condenser may be upstream of the outlet of the reactor.

Abstract: Computer processor hardware receives image data specifying element settings for each image of multiple original images in a sequence. The computer processor hardware analyzes the element settings across the multiple original images. The computer processor hardware then utilizes the element settings of the multiple original images in the sequence to produce first encoded image data specifying a set of common image element settings, the set of common image element settings being a baseline to substantially reproduce each of the original images in the sequence.
