Abstract: The present disclosure provides for methods of treating a patient with a CYP3A4 substrate drug, wherein the patient is treated with posaconazole. In some embodiments, the patient stops posaconazole treatment, waits for at least 3 days, and then is treated with the CYP3A4 substrate drug as soon as it is safe to do so. In some embodiments, treatment with the CYP3A4 substrate drug is delayed for about 3-42 days after stopping posaconazole. In some embodiments, the patient is treated with a reduced dose of the CYP3A4 substrate drug for about 3-42 days.

Abstract: The innovation relates to a pool covering system that is usable as a flooring surface. The pool covering system includes brackets that support beams spanning the pool opening. Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI) affecting measurements of a battery module monitoring board. A battery module system includes battery cells on a top side and a bottom side of the battery module. Each battery cell is electrically coupled between an adjacent pair of busbars. Each busbar is coupled to at least one sensor wire. One busbar, which spans the top and bottom sides of the battery module, is coupled to two sensor wires such that EMI interference affecting measurement signals (e.g., noise signals accompanying voltage readings) associated with the top side of the battery module are in-phase with one another and the measurement signals associated with the bottom side of the battery module are in-phase with one another, such that the EMI interference generally cancels in measurement calculations.

Abstract: A network device receives an IPv4-in-IPv6 packet. An IPv6 header is removed. A first DSCP value in a TC field and a second DSCP value in a ToS field is stored in a database. The IPv4 packet is forwarded upstream and a return IPv4 packet is received. The returned IPv4 packet is encapsulated to form an IPv6 packet. The first DSCP value and the second DSCP value are retrieved from the database. Based on the at least one policy, the second DSCP value is inserted into an IPv4 ToS field and into an IPv6 TC field, the retrieved second DSCP value is inserted into the IPv4 ToS field and the first DSCP value is inserted into the IPv6 TC field, or the first DSCP value is inserted into the IPv6 TC field and into the IPv4 ToS field. The network device then forwards the IPv6 packet downstream.
Abstract: Methods and systems for an advanced initialization bus (AIB) are presented. In an aspect, an AIB master sends, to an AIB slave, a serial clock over a first signal line, and performs a read operation with the AIB slave. Performing the read operation comprises sending a read command to the AIB slave via a bus comprising at least one bidirectional input/output (I/O) channel, each I/O channel having its own respective signal line, sending a read address to the AIB slave via the bus, receiving a copy of the serial clock from the AIB slave over a second signal line, and latching read data provided by the AIB slave via the bus into a read buffer using the copy of the serial clock as a data strobe. Thus, the AIB master latches the read data provided by the AIB slave using a read strobe also provided by the AIB slave.
