  • Patent number: 12004750
Abstract: This invention can be embodied in a method and device for therapeutically-occluding a cerebral aneurysm. A method embodiment includes radially-constraining a tubular mesh to form proximal and distal convex portions of the mesh, collapsing the proximal portion into a concave (e.g. bowl) shape, and expanding the distal portion of the mesh within an aneurysm sac by filling it with embolic members and/or material. The expanded distal portion of the mesh holds the concave proximal portion securely against the aneurysm neck and conforms to the wall contours of even an irregularly-shaped aneurysm sac.

  • Patent number: 12008565
Abstract: A mobile device and an article of manufacture as implemented in a mobile device having a lock screen wallpaper is described, where the mobile device maintains a profile storing authentication data associated with a primary user of a mobile device that is authorized to use the mobile device. When the mobile device is at a business location, the primary user is non-intrusively authenticated as an authorized user of the mobile device based on identifying presence of another electronic device (e.g., another mobile device) associated with the primary user. Upon successful authentication a scanning code is displayed over a lock screen wallpaper of the mobile device, where power is conserved in the mobile device by providing the scanning code to the primary user without unlocking the mobile device.

  • Patent number: 12008692
Abstract: Systems and methods for editing and generating digital ink. The present technology may provide systems and methods for training a handwriting model to generate digital ink that is stylistically and visually consistent with an original handwriting input, but which incorporates one or more changes to the text of the original handwriting input. In some examples, training may be performed using training examples that include an original handwriting sample and an original label representing the sequence of characters in the original handwriting sample. In such a case, the original handwriting sample may be processed to generate a style vector that is randomly masked, and the handwriting model may then be trained to generate a predicted handwriting sample that closely matches the original handwriting sample using the masked style vector and the original label as inputs.

  • Patent number: 12010390
Abstract: Methods, systems and computer products disclosed herein are directed to an O.C. Engine that detects a first request sent from a requesting account during a target account session, the target account associated with multiple sessions. The O.C. Engine generates a first request parent node active for a range of time. The O.C. Engine detects a subsequent second request sent from the requesting account and generates a second request node. The O.C. Engine verifies that the subsequent second request is not an initial request by the requesting account during a range of time that has not yet expired. Upon verification, the O.C. Engine identifies the second request node as a child node by generating a link between the parent node and the child node.

  • Patent number: 12007040
Abstract: An overfill-prevention valve system includes a testing mechanism, operable by a user from the inlet end of the drop tube, which can be used to verify proper valve function without actually filling the storage tank. The testing mechanism allows the user to actuate the valve manually using a test probe, such as by elevating a float to simulate a full storage tank. The testing mechanism may be located upstream of the valve to facilitate the testing operation without interfering with the valve body. The mechanism may further provide non-contact functionality, such as with magnetic actuators on either side of the drop tube wall, to eliminate a potential test mechanism leak points. The test probe used to actuate the test mechanism may be shaped to define a desired rotational position at the test location within the drop tube, ensuring proper rotational alignment of the magnetic actuators.

  • Patent number: 12006734
Abstract: A rotation converter according to certain embodiments generally includes a case, an input member, a shuttle, and an output member. The input member is rotatably mounted to the case, and is rotatable from an input member home position in each of a first rotational direction and a second rotational direction. The shuttle is movably mounted in the case, and is engaged with the input member such that rotation of the input member from the input member home position in each of the first rotational direction and the second rotational direction drives the shuttle from a shuttle home position to a shuttle actuated position. The output member is rotatably mounted to the case and engaged with the shuttle such that the output member rotates in an output member rotational direction in response to movement of the shuttle from the shuttle home position to the shuttle actuated position.

  • Patent number: 12010125
Abstract: Aspects of the technology described herein detect potential security breaches in delegate applications by monitoring communications received from a delegate application. Anomalies in the delegate application communications can indicate that the delegate application has been breached and is now being controlled by an entity other than an authorized entity. An anomaly may be a new or unusual attribute value within the delegate-application's communication. Initially, the anomaly detection system may a build a baseline of attribute values for a single delegate application within a single tenant and separate baseline for the tenant. If the attribute value is anomalous to both the application-specific baseline and the tenant-specific baseline then the message may be designated as anomalous. Mitigation can then be undertaken.
