The various embodiments can target multiple use cases such as identifying related entities, trending related entities, creating ephemeral timeline of entities, and others using a single solution. Further, the various embodiments provide a weakly supervised framework to train a model when a labeled golden set does not contain a sufficient number of examples.

The access channel can be made of a device such as a sheath, a guidewire, and an elongate device comprising a lumen. The working devices can be used to perform a variety of diagnostic, therapeutic, or preventive procedures. Endometrial ablation devices and procedures have been used as an example to describe various aspects of the present invention.
