  • Patent number: 10714833
Abstract: An antenna structure utilizing metal housing of a wireless communication device as antenna includes first, second, and third metallic members, and a feed portion. A first gap is between the first and second metallic members. A second gap is between the second and third metallic members. The current feed portion is connected to the second metallic member, and current entering the second metallic member flows towards the first gap and the second gap respectively to excite radiation signals in a first frequency band. The first and third metallic members obtain the current by coupling and excite radiation signals in a second and a third frequency bands respectively. Frequencies of the third frequency band are higher than frequencies of the second frequency band, which are higher than the frequencies of the first frequency band. A wireless communication device using the antenna structure is provided.
