Abstract: A system and method for facilitating communication between a control server and robotic devices are provided. An integration engine of the system identifies protocol schemes and message schemes that are supported by the control server and robotic devices. When the protocol schemes and message schemes of the control server and the robotic devices are same, the integration engine facilitates transmission and reception of instructions between the control server and the robotic devices through identified communication interfaces. When the protocol schemes and message schemes of the control server and the robotic devices are different, the integration engine translates the protocol schemes and message schemes that are received from one of the control server and the robotic devices to facilitate communication between the control server and the robotic devices through identified communication interfaces.

Abstract: A method for processing messages by a device of a Voice over IP (VoIP) network. The method includes, following receipt of a message initiating a VoIP call coming from a terminal: determining whether the message contains a public telephone identity allocated to a user by the VoIP network; if so, triggering setting-up the VoIP call with a recipient of the message; otherwise: setting up a VoIP channel between the terminal and a voice server hosted by the device; obtaining, by the server via this channel, an authentication code of a user of the terminal; if the authentication code is associated at VoIP network level with a public telephone identity allocated by the network to a user, providing to the terminal the public telephone identity and authentication data associated at VoIP network level with this identity for making VoIP calls and being authenticated to the VoIP network.

Abstract: A method for managing reception of digital contents by a management device suitable for receiving a command for selecting a content, termed the main content, arising from a control device. The management device is suitable for requesting reception of the main content and of other digital contents, termed secondary contents. It is also suitable for receiving the data streams representative of the requested contents, and for requesting the retrieval of the main content. According to the method, in the course of retrieval of the main content, a detection of an activity related to the control device triggers a request suitable for requesting reception of the secondary contents.

Abstract: Management of a group of connected objects in a communications network including at least one local network. The connected objects, known as client objects, have at least one functional attribute. The method includes: obtaining an identifier of the group and an encryption key of the group); assigning the group at least one connected object according to at least one functional attribute of the connected object; obtaining an encryption key of the object; encrypting the encryption key of the group using the encryption key of the object; transmitting the identifier of the group, and the encrypted encryption key of the group to the at least one connected object.

Abstract: A management method is described, the management method implemented by a core network entry device. The method comprises, for at least one terminal connected to the mobile access network via an access point, following the receipt of an NAS request from the terminal, detecting whether a contention period is associated with this terminal. If not, a contention period to be applied for sending NAS requests to the network core is associated with and transmitted to the terminal. If a contention time is associated with the terminal and has not been respected by the terminal a temporary identifier allocated to the terminal for communicating with the network core is sent to the terminal via the access point, and a control message comprising at least a part of the temporary identifier is sent to the access point, the control message requiring blocking by the access point of all or part of the requests sent by a terminal which contains at least one part of the temporary identifier.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to the adaptation of a real-time Web communication transmission profile, particularly the adaptation of throughput such as the video throughput of the real-time Web communication. A method is described for adapting a real-time Web communication transmission profile, including changing a transmission profile parameter of a real-time Web communication device on the basis of bandwidth-related data recovered during a real-time Web communication time period. Thus, the transmission profile can be adapted to the bandwidth of the real-time Web communication in progress, allowing a user to enjoy the best quality when the bandwidth allows and, conversely, to limit transmission errors when the bandwidth does not allow high throughput.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a vertical-flat-arrangement-type suction and irrigation device which is easy to operate. The vertical-flat-arrangement-type suction and irrigation device includes a housing, a probe, and a suction and supply unit. The housing include a front chamber and a rear chamber spaced apart from each other and connected via a connection duct, a first duct connected to a front of the front chamber and extending forwards, a second duct connected to a rear of the front chamber and extending rearwards, and a third duct connected to a rear of the rear chamber and extending rearwards. The suction and supply unit includes a supply valve reciprocally moved inside the front chamber in an axial direction of the front chamber and a suction valve reciprocally moved inside the rear chamber in an axial direction of the rear chamber.

Abstract: A system for enablement of services and resource allocation in a storage facility is provided. The system includes a plurality of resources and a server. The server stores an identifier and historical data of an item, and receives the identifier associated with the item. The server identifies a default lifecycle of the item and allocates a first set of resources to each predefined process of the default lifecycle. The server detects a value-added service requirement and selects a value-added service based on the detected value-added service requirement. The server modifies the default lifecycle of the item by introducing the selected value-added service in the default lifecycle, identifies and allocates a second set of resources from the plurality of resources to execute the selected value-added service.

Abstract: A method for recovering a network key of an access point to a network, implemented by a terminal. The network key allows the terminal to be associated with the access point upon a first connection of the terminal to the access point. The network key recovery method includes: receiving, by the terminal, a network key provided by the access point on a server following a request, by the terminal to the server, for the network key of the access point, the request including an identifier of the access point and having been relayed by the server to the access point associated with the identifier of the access point in the request. Thus, as the access point does not transmit the network key directly to the terminal, but to a server on which the terminal will recover it, this limits intrusions into the network linked to the vulnerability of the Wi-Fi network.

Abstract: A method and a device for managing a remote communication service (streaming) between a terminal in a communications network and an object of a local area network. The terminal and the object are capable of communicating via a gateway of the local area network. The method includes the following steps on a service provision device providing the service: establishing a list of associations between an address for accessing the object and at least one feature of the service; obtaining at least one criterion linked to the terminal; selecting at least one association in the list of associations according to said criterion; and sending to the terminal at least one address associated with said at least one selected association.

Abstract: A control method implemented by a communication device. The control method includes: acquiring a current location and current capacities of a drone; selecting a destination point that can be reached by the drone according to the location and capacities thereof, the destination point being located in the coverage area of a point of access to a mobile communication network; and providing the drone with instructions specifying the destination point towards which the drone is to travel and communication operations to be carried out in connection with the mobile communication network. Once the instructions are obtained, the drone moves towards the destination point and performs the communication operation as soon as it reaches the destination point or as soon as the connection quality reaches a satisfying level.

Abstract: A method and a device for acquiring an identifier of a data server able to deliver content to a terminal. The method is executed by the terminal, which transmits, to a resolution server of a communication architecture, a message requesting to obtain an identifier of the data server in the second domain. This request message triggers reception, from the resolution server, of an information message includes the identifier of the data server in a first domain. This message furthermore includes a delegation chain, which includes a sequence of redirections from the second domain to the first domain.

Abstract: A configuration method includes: receiving, by a first device of a network, a first control message having configuration elements for activating a dynamic routing protocol in the network; configuring by the first device setup parameters for establishing sessions according to the protocol used by the first device on the basis of configuration elements included in the first message; if the configuration elements in the message include a management instruction for handling sessions according to the protocol in the network, executing by the first device the at least one management instruction; and if the configuration elements in the message include a setting for directing propagation of the configuration elements in the network, dispatching by the first device in accordance with the propagation setting at least one second control message to at least one second device of the network, which includes all or some of the configuration elements.

Abstract: A method for processing a message received via an electronic communication network by a user terminal is disclosed. The method comprises receiving the message, the message including data corresponding to an initial message content determined by a sender of the message and at least one data item corresponding to a function, the at least one data item being determined by the sender of the message; and determining a final content, the final content including the initial message content determined by the sender of the message and a specific content obtained by determining a result of the function applied to at least data from the user terminal.

Abstract: A method for managing traffic associated with a client domain, implemented in a server. The method includes: detecting a communication problem between the server and at least one first client node of the client domain, called failed node, identifying at least one second client node belonging to the client domain, verifying if a session between the server and the at least one second client node is active, and if no session is active: triggering a mitigation procedure on at least one IP resource associated with the client domain if at least one session is active: the use of the second client node associated with the at least one active session, called active node, to initiate an action managing the traffic associated with the client domain.

Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to a mobile terminal adapted to receive a memory card comprising a processing unit, an input interface and a card locking actuator configured to lock the memory card into the mobile terminal. The card locking actuator is controlled by the processing unit. In one aspect, the card locking actuator is configured to be locked when the mobile terminal is switched on. In another aspect, the processing unit is configured to lock the screen until a screen unlocking authentication procedure is performed by a user at the input interface and is configured to command unlocking of the card locking actuator after detecting that a predetermined authentication procedure is performed by a user at the input interface.

Abstract: Some embodiments relate to a method implemented by a first terminal for setting up a session with a second terminal. An identifier of a session server is obtained at least from a subscriber device in the first terminal which comprises a subscriber identifier and an operator identifier. A session request and an identifier of the second terminal are sent to the server. At least one instruction is received from the server and a message comprising a first set, relative to the first terminal, of at least one characteristic parameter of the requested session is generated in accordance with at least one instruction received and sent to the server. A message is received from the server comprising a second set of at least one characteristic parameter of the requested session, the second set relating to the second terminal and having a non-zero overlap with the first set.

Abstract: A processing technique can be implemented by a security device. The security device verifies that a message sent by a communicating device to a receiving device is a message to be sent. When the verification is positive, the message is sent to the receiving device. The security device than receives a notification sent by the receiving device indicating that the sent message is to be blocked. Subsequent messages of the same type as the message for which the notification was received, sent by communicating devices provided by the same manufacturer and with the same product identifier as those of the communicating device that sent the message are thus blocked by the security device during the verification process.

Abstract: A system and associated method for enabling end-to-end (E2E) network slicing in a 5G network are described. A (Radio) Access Network-Network Slice Selection Function ((R)AN-NSSF) can be configured to receive a (R)AN slice selection request and to select, from a pool of (R)AN slice instances, a (R)AN network slice instance including one or more (R)AN slice components. A Core Network-Network Slice Selection Function (CN-NSSF) can be configured to receive a CN slice selection request to select, from a pool of CN slice instances, a CN network slice instance including one or more CN slice components. A Network Slice Policy Control (NSPC) function can be configured to verify that the selected (R)AN slice instance and CN slice instance are consistent with operator policies.

Abstract: A method, receiver device and terminal for signaling an adaptation request to adapt a coding/decoding of real-time signals of a real-time communication session, from a receiver device to a sender device. The method is such that the adaptation request relates to a demand for aggregation and/or redundancy of frames, that it is generated according to the existence of a signaling parameter arising from a phase of negotiation of codecs used during initialization of the communication session and in that it is transported via a real-time protocol of RTP type.
