Abstract: In some embodiments, a method for binding a user's information to a user's account with a payment service provider includes receiving a request to pay for a transaction using the user's account with the payment service provider. The request to pay specifies a funding instrument. Additionally, the payment service provider is a source of the funding instrument, and the transaction is between the user and a merchant application. The method also includes generating a common identifier (ID) corresponding to the funding instrument, and generating a payment token corresponding to the common ID and the funding instrument. The common ID is a non-transactable token associated with the merchant application and the user, and the payment token is a non-transactable token that corresponds to the common ID. The method further includes binding the user's payment service provider account to the payment token and the common ID.

Abstract: Systems and methods for processing machine learning attributes are disclosed. An example method includes: identifying a user transaction associated with a set of transaction attributes and a first transaction status; selecting, based on a risk evaluation model, a first plurality of transaction attributes from the set of transaction attributes; modifying a first value of a first transaction attribute in the first plurality of transaction attributes to produce a first modified plurality of transaction attributes; determining, based on the risk evaluation model, that the first modified plurality of transaction attributes identify a second transaction status different from the first transaction status; and in response to the determining, identifying the first transaction attribute as a risk attribute associated with the user transaction.

Abstract: A uniform resource locator (URL) shortener relies on client-side support to embed links to websites into, for example, text messages, emails, tweets, or other forms of microblogging, and that provides additional capabilities. A method may include: recognizing a token indicator; recognizing a token in conjunction with the token indicator; selecting a template corresponding to the token indicator; and executing a process enabled according to the token and the template. Executing an enabled process may include one or more of: generating a URL; generating a URL that is itself a server-based URL shortener, in which the token indicator is substituted for the server-based URL shortener hostname to reduce the character count from that of the server-based URL shortener; displaying information from a destination website of the URL generated from the token and the template; or generating a URL according to a distinctive visual characteristic of the token indicator.

Abstract: Systems and methods providing, by a third party, input form fields for sensitive data on a web page provided by an organization. A user may request a web page from an organization, such as a merchant's checkout web page, that requires entry of sensitive data. The merchant's checkout web page may include reference to a script file that provides hosted sensitive data form fields. In response to rendering the merchant web page in a web browser of the user, a request to provide sensitive data form fields on the merchant web page may be received. The request may include a call to a function in a scripting file provided by the third party, and the provided file may cause one or more inline frames to be rendered in the web browser, each inline frame including a sensitive data form field. Data entered by the user in the sensitive data form fields may be received by a third party payment processor device.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for shared application interface data through a device-to-device communication session. A user may utilize a device to engage in an electronic communication session with another user, such as a shared messaging or video chat session. During the session, the user may utilize another application on the same device to perform separate application data processing, such as accessing a website or an online marketplace that may include interface output data. The user may activate a plug-in or add-on that may allow application data sharing for current application data in the separate application during the communication session. The device may determine the present application data, such as a displayable instance of the current interface data, and may transmit the data to the other user's device through the communication session. Further, the plug-in may allow for split transaction and data processing.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for securing virtual objects tracked in an augmented reality experience between multiple devices. A user may capture visual data utilizing a device at a location, where the visual data includes one or more real-world objects. An augmented reality experience may be displayed with the real-world objects, where virtual graphics or other visual indicators are overlaid onto an output of the environment and may be associated with various objects so that the virtual graphics may be seen with the environment. The virtual graphics may further be associated with an amount left by the user for another user, such as a tip or a payment for a service. The other user may be required to complete some task, where the completion of the task may be identified by changes to the real-world objects when the environment is captured by the other user's device.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for secure offline transactions using a mobile device. The mobile device may include an encrypted data store in which encrypted payment processing data is stored, a risk assessment engine configured to retrieve the encrypted payment processing data and determine, based on the encrypted payment processing data, whether an offline payment is authorized, and a transaction pool configured to store the offline payment after the offline payment has been provided to a recipient. The mobile device may provide the offline payment that has been performed to a payment provider server for completion and/or funding when the mobile device obtains a network connection to the payment provider server following the offline payment.

Abstract: Method and a system to transfer the state of web-based content between devices through use of a short code. An example method includes determining a state of content being accessed on a device. The method further includes assigning a short code to the state of the content. The short code may have a limited number of characters. The method may further include storing the short code and the state of the content. The method may further include providing the content according to the state of the content on a second device based on the short code.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for generating an unobtrusive and discrete barcode used for debugging. In one embodiment, a system is introduced that enables the tracking of application interactions on a user device. The tracking can include the generation of a debug id which can include a discrete string used to describe locations, preferences, and interactions with a user device application. The string may then be converted into a corresponding barcode which can be discretely displayed on the user interface of the application. In another embodiment, the barcode may be captured and/or retrieved for use in debugging the application, in an instance where an application malfunction is encountered.

Abstract: In accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure, systems and methods for facilitating electronic commerce over a network include generating a transfer code for a client, associating the transfer code to a client account related to the client, providing the transfer code to the client over the network, receiving a fund transfer request from a trusted entity on behalf of the client over the network, the fund transfer request including the transfer code, extracting information from the fund transfer request including the transfer code associated with the fund transfer request, accessing the client account related to the client, extracting information from the client account including the transfer code associated with the client account, and verifying the transfer code of the fund transfer request by determining whether the transfer code associated with the client account matches the transfer code extracted from the fund transfer request.

Abstract: Methods and systems for automatically providing dynamic content for facilitating a transaction are described herein. An online marketplace is accessed by a client device over a network. A user identifier associated with the client device is passed to a payment service provider via a merchant system associated with the online market place. Dynamic content is generated by the payment service provider in response to the user identifier and subsequently served to the client device over the network.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to speculatively processing transactions. A transaction processing system may receive an indication of a trigger event associated with an electronic transaction not yet initiated by a client computing device. In some embodiments, in response to the indication of the trigger event and prior to receiving an indication of the electronic transaction being initiated, the computer system begins speculative processing of the electronic transaction. In some embodiments, the speculative processing includes identifying the client computing device based on device authentication information received from the client device, determining a user account based on the identifier client computing device, retrieving account information for the determined account, and storing the retrieved account information.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to determining a risk score for domains associated with a transaction. In some embodiments, a transaction computer system receives transaction details for a transaction between a consumer and a merchant, where the transaction details are received from the merchant real-time with the transaction and include a set of transaction URLs for subsequent use in the transaction. The computer system may receive, from a browser of the consumer that is used to initiate the transaction, URL referrer information real-time with the transaction, where the URL referrer information indicates a referring web page to the transaction computer system. The computer system may determine, using the set of transaction URLs and the URL referrer information, a set of domains for the transaction and then determine a risk score for the set of domains. The computer system may determine, based on the risk score, whether to allow the transaction.

Abstract: A system and/or method may be provided to assure a payment being made via a user device before the user device fully runs out of battery power. In particular, while a user device is running out of battery power, the system may allow a user to designate a merchant/user/service to which the user may make payments via a user device without user authentication and/or awareness. Under the same situation of low battery power, the system may also allow the user to make payments to a merchant/user/service with which the user frequently shops without user authentication and/or initial awareness. After the payment being made, the system may communicate with the user with further action, which requires no or low consumption of battery power.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for communicating with a unified messaging center using multi-channel messaging with block-based datastore. In one embodiment, a system is introduced that can provide a unified experience and capability for messaging with one or more entities across platforms. The messaging capability includes the ability to provide user interaction using a single architecture with data store in a centralized form. In one embodiment, the data store includes the use of blockchain technology wherein each interaction with the user and across platforms is recorded and stored on a cryptographed block.

Abstract: Systems and methods for an account integration system include establishing, by a service provider device, a first session with a service provider account associated with a user. After determining that a second session between a user device and the third party account of the user is active, a first validation is caused to access third party account information associated with the second session. The third party account information and the service provider account information are concurrently displayed by a display interface of the service provider device. A transaction request for a transaction associated with the service provider account and the third party account of the user is received. Information is sent to cause a second validation of the transaction request by a provider of the third party account. In response to the second validation of the transaction request, the requested transaction is processed.

Abstract: There are provided systems and method for a web address determination based on a geo-position of a user. A user may utilize a communication device at a location of an entity to be redirected to an online contact address of the entity. A server may receive a request from the communication device including a request for an online contact address for an entity at the location of the user. The server may then access the location of the user by either receiving the location of the user from the communication device or determining the location of the user by the server. Once the location of the user is accessed, the server may determine the online contact address for the entity at the location of the user. The online contact address may be transmitted to the user for display by the communication device, including display of a website for the entity.

Abstract: A system and method for advertising cannibalization management are provided. In example embodiments, historical data comprising advertisement revenue, advertisement parameters, and a cannibalization metric are accessed. The cannibalization metric is indicative of sales loss associated with an advertisement presentation. A value for at least one of the advertisement parameters that, when used, causes a desired advertisement revenue with respect to a bounded cannibalization metric is determined by analyzing the historical data. An advertisement is presented, in real time, on a user interface of a client device using the determined value.
