    Abstract: The present invention relates to a quantum federated learning system that performs federated learning on the basis of at least one observation value input from a single-hop offloading environment, and the system includes: a global server for initializing parameters of a quantum slimmable neural network (QSNN) model and transmitting the initialized quantum slimmable neural network model to at least one local device; and the at least one local device for inputting the at least one observation value into the initialized quantum slimmable neural network model to train the quantum slimmable neural network model, and transmitting the parameters of the trained quantum slimmable neural network model to the global server side. Through the system, the environmental epidemiology problems of the federated learning performed in conventional computing, such as communication channel conditions and energy limitations over time can be solved.

    Abstract: This present disclosure relates to methods and composition matters for improving a plant's stress tolerance and a speedy recovery to growth from a stress comprising the process of constitutive expression of a constitutive triple response 1 (CTR1) protein kinase in the nucleus of the cell of said plant. To survive environmental extremes, plants need to rapidly acclimate to stress in order to recover once stress is removed. Here, we uncover a mechanism governing a fast growth recovery of plants following ethylene-induced growth cessation. Ethylene triggers translocation of the CONSTITUTIVE TRIPLE RESPONSE1 (CTR1) protein kinase, a negative regulator of ethylene signaling, from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) to the nucleus. Nuclear-localized CTR1 inhibits the transcriptional activity of ETHYLENE-INSENSITIVE3 (EIN3) in a kinase independent manner, resulting in rapid reset of the ethylene response, thereby promoting fast growth recovery.

The low-dropout regulator receives an input voltage from the dimming unit, and converts the input voltage into a regulated voltage. The input voltage varies with the number of light-emitting diode units in the light-on state.
