Abstract: An ultra-large horizontal seepage test system with intelligent graded loading and variable seepage path is provided, which includes a water storage system, a water pressure system, a horizontal seepage test system and an intelligent loading and control system. The water storage system, the water pressure system and the horizontal seepage test system are connected in sequence, and the water pressure system is used to apply a water pressure and a vertical pressure to a test piece to be tested in the horizontal seepage test system. An outlet valve of the horizontal seepage test system is connected to the water storage system, and the intelligent loading and control system is used to control operations of electrical components of the water pressure system and the horizontal seepage test system. With the test system, a water head pressure can be loaded intelligently, and an infiltration angle of water inflow can be adjusted.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method of a copper green rust pigment, particularly a preparation method of a copper green rust pigment that can replace the traditional Dancheong Hayeob pigment comprising the following steps: a step of preparing a copper powder comprising at least one of copper; and a copper alloy comprising copper and at least one of tin (Sn), zinc (Zn), and lead (Pb); and a step of corroding the copper powder by mixing the copper powder with a corrosive agent containing sodium chloride and ammonium chloride. The corrosive agent includes 75 to 90 weight % of the sodium chloride and 10 to 25 weight % of the ammonium chloride based on the total weight.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a CIELAB color space-based quantitative testing and analysis method for rice seed viability, and the method comprises removing husks on surfaces of rice seeds, soaking and imbibing the rice seeds without the husks removed, staining the rice seeds by using a TTC staining solution, and longitudinally cutting the rice seeds along embryos; converting the longitudinal section image of the rice seed from an RGB color space to a CIELAB color space, and calculating L value, a value and b value per unit area of the rice embryo as a staining intensity per unit area, and converting the staining intensity into a rice seed viability score according to a pre-established conversion model of the staining intensity and the rice seed viability score. According to the present invention, a reference result can be provided for the rapid, accurate and objective evaluation of the seed viability.

Abstract: In one embodiment, the disclosed apparatus is a process cooling-water isolation system used in a process tool. Abstract: A method for improving mechanical properties by changing a gradient nanotwinned structure of metallic materials is the technical field of nanostructured metallic materials. The method uses the inherent principles of microstructure and mechanical properties of metallic materials to improve materials mechanical properties. The metallic materials has a gradient nanotwinned structure. The principles of microstructure and mechanical properties of the metallic materials mean that the mechanical properties of the metallic materials are adjusted by changing the structural gradient scale of the nanotwinned structure. The method combines two strengthening methods of nanotwins and gradient structure, and can obviously improve the mechanical properties of the metallic materials. For pure copper materials of the gradient nanotwinned structure prepared by an electrodeposition technology: the yield strength is 481±15 MPa, the tensile strength is 520±12 MPa, the uniform elongation can be 7±0.
