Abstract: Provided herein are methods for the production of activated CD26high T cells by co-stimulation with inducible coactivator (ICOS). Further provided are methods for treatment of cancer by administration of the of activated CD26high T cells as an adoptive T cell therapy.

Abstract: A display panel, including a pixel array; multiple rows of gate lines; and multiple columns of data lines; the gate lines and the data lines are perpendicular to each other, respectively, and every two gate lines are correspondingly connected to a row of sub-pixels, and each data line is correspondingly connected to two columns of sub-pixels; each row of pixels is correspondingly connected to two gate lines, and any two gate lines are parallel to each other; and there is a preset length difference between two adjacent rows of gate lines. The wiring of the display panel is convenient to be array detected, and improving the production yield of the display panel.
Abstract: A rare earth- and phosphorus-containing molecular sieve of MFI structure rich in mesopores has a ratio of n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) of more than 15 and less than 70. The molecular sieve has a content of phosphorus of 1-15 wt %, calculated as P2O5 and based on the dry weight of the molecular sieve. The content of the supported metal in the molecular sieve is 1-10 wt % supported metal M1 and 0.1-5 wt % supported metal M2 based on the oxide of the supported metal and the dry weight of the molecular sieve. The supported metal M1 is one or two selected from lanthanum and cerium, and the supported metal M2 is one selected from iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, manganese, zinc, tin, bismuth and gallium; the volume of mesopores in the molecular sieve represents 40-70% by volume of the total pore volume of the molecular sieve by volume.

Abstract: A method for measuring blood sugar that is performed by an apparatus for measuring blood is provided. The method includes calculating color data from multiple skin regions of interest in a skin image, classifying a user's meal state into a pre-meal state or a post-meal state through analysis of acquired user information, estimating blood sugar by applying the calculated color data to a blood sugar regression linear equation corresponding to the classified user's meal state, and measuring robust blood sugar by weighted averaging the estimated blood sugar.

Abstract: A system and method for voice control of operating room electrical equipment. The system comprises an electrosurgical generator a controller with a memory, a graphical user interface controlled by said controller, a power module, a field programmable gate array, and a voice recognition module connected to said field programmable gate array, a data storage connected to said controller in said electrosurgical generator; and electrical operating room equipment connected to said voice recognition module, wherein said electrical operating room equipment is configured to receive and decrypt encrypted commands from said voice recognition module. The electrical operating room equipment may said electrosurgical generator or a robotic surgical system or other electrical equipment in an operating room. The connection between said electrical operating room equipment and said voice recognition module may be wireless.
Abstract: A method for preparing a COF-protected electrode and an electrode are provided. The method includes mixing an organic framework, a small molecular organic acid and a solvent, adding a polar aqueous solution containing a substrate thereto, mixing the above uniformly and heating the system at a low temperature under an inert atmosphere, filtering the solution to obtain precipitates, washing and drying the precipitates to obtain a COF film grown on a surface of the substrate; coating a protective layer on the COF film to obtain a substrate/COF/protective layer film; etching off the substrate to obtain a COF/protective layer film; and transferring the COF/protective layer film to a surface of the electrode, and removing the protective layer.
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for adjusting headlight properties according to the speed of the vehicle. In particular, some embodiments aim to optimize a vehicle's lighting in suboptimal conditions. Using the data processed by the ADAS, the system is able to optimize the vehicle's lighting by taking into account various factors beyond the current speed limit on the road.
Abstract: A method providing discharge monitoring of a firearm includes a signal processing module and a safety selector switch sensor. The event detection module has at least one sensor that senses an acceleration and generates an acceleration signal. The signal processing module receives the acceleration signal and is configured to determine whether the acceleration signal is a discharge event and generate an event detection signal based on the determination, the signal processing module further configured to maintain a shot count of the firearm based on the determination that the event detection signal is a discharge event. The safety selector switch sensor communicates with a safety switch configured on the firearm, and communicates a safety switch signal to the signal processing module corresponding to a position of the safety switch. The event detection signal is further based on the safety switch signal.
Abstract: Described herein are various embodiments of a valve that may be opened and closed using a thixotropic or “stress yield” material, or other material that temporarily changes phase upon application of energy to the material. More particularly, some embodiments may include a valve that is opened and closed using a granular gel that is a temporary phase change material.
