Stored in the memory is an acquisition module and a machine learning module. The machine learning module includes instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor during each of one or more iterations, to train a machine learning model to learn an initial state vector, Hermitian operators encoding observables, and a Hamiltonian of a material system from the Schrödinger equation of the material system propagated in a time series. The machine learning model also predicts, based at least in part on the learned initial state vector, Hermitian operators, and Hamiltonian, at least one time dependent property of the material system at time not equal to zero.

Abstract: A method, scheduling server and system for improving automated scheduling are provided. The automated scheduling is at least partially based on user settings input by users includes: obtaining user settings for the users, the user settings defining user preferences and personal constraints of each user, obtaining system boundary conditions from a schedule goal and technical conditions to achieve a desired goal and calculating a schedule. The acceptance probabilities for alternative user settings are predicted. At least one alternative user setting is selected and an alternative schedule for each selected alternative setting is calculated. The alternative schedules are compared to the initially calculated schedule with respect to quality measure. After reading in the user's response to the suggested alternative setting another alternative setting is selected in case the user declined, or the systems proceeds with accepting the alternative setting as obtained user specific setting.

  • Publication number: 20240168113
Abstract: A system and method of generating Radio Frequency (RF) pulses RF(t) in a Multi-band (MB) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) system is presented. The method includes determining a dirac comb function, the period of the comb function determining the frequency separation of the excitation bands. The method further includes determining a single band frequency selective pulse, defining the envelope of a pulse of RF(t), and the shape of individual excitation frequency bands in the frequency domain. The method further includes determining the shape of RF(t) during each period, and is used to modulate uniformity and/or number of individual excitation bands in the frequency domain. RF(t) pulses are generated in the MRI system simultaneously with an MRI gradient so as to simultaneously excite multiple slices within a subject, wherein the RF(t) pulse create a spin response.
