Abstract: The present invention is related to a process for the conversion of used cooking oil into aromatics (BTEX) hydrocarbon as petrochemical building blocks. The process provides an aromatic rich hydrocarbon from used cooking oil in the presence and absence of steam/hydrogen over supported bimetallic alumina-silicates zeolites. The catalyst contains no precious metal entities and may contain one metal form zinc (Zn), a second metal (X), comprising at least one selected from cobalt (Co), gallium (Ga), chromium (Cr), Iron (Fe) and third elements from cerium (Ce), boron (B) supported on alumina-silicates zeolites. The present invention relates to a catalyst excluding novel metals to produce aromatics in a continuous fixed bed reactor system under atmospheric pressure. More particularly, the present invention relates to a low-temperature process to produce aromatic over alumina-silicates zeolites. The process provides used cooking oil conversion of 84-89% with aromatic selectivity of 87-91%.

Abstract: Apparatus, systems and methods for ultrasound and photoacoustic guidance of coronary procedures are disclosed herein. Abstract: The present disclosure discloses recycling treatment equipment for recycling heavy metals from complexed heavy metal wastewater, and belongs to the technical field of wastewater treatment. The recycling treatment equipment includes a wastewater separation and concentration component, an oxidization and decomplexing component, an electrolytic recovery component, and an intelligent detection component. Wastewater containing complexed heavy metals is divided into fresh water and concentrated water by performing microfiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis purification pretreatment, and the fresh water is then recycled in a targeted manner, so that the equipment has energy conservation and discharge reduction effects, can decomplex and recycle heavy metals in the concentrated water, and also synchronously purifies the fresh water. The whole process has the advantages of simple operation, zero sludge, and low treatment cost, so that the equipment is suitable for being greatly promoted.

Abstract: A field of environmental protection and discloses a method for preparing an amorphous silica-alumina encapsulated metal oxide catalyst and application thereof. The catalyst is prepared by filling silica-alumina precursors in tunnels of a monometallic or bimetallic complex and then performing heat treatment. The catalyst has the advantages that acidic sites and oxygen vacancies are highly dispersed, the pore size range is large and the mass transfer efficiency is high, improves the efficiency of a cracking-oxidation tandem reaction, and achieves full purification of carbon/nitrogen pollutants in landfill leachate. The COD removal rate of the landfill leachate reaches 98.3% or above, and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate thereof reaches 98.0% or above. The COD concentration of oxypyrolysis purified effluent is less than 98.7 mg/L and the ammonia nitrogen concentration thereof is less than 24.9 mg/L.

Abstract: A novel photodiode structure, a preparation method and a circuit structure are provided. The novel photodiode structure includes a substrate having a first doping type, a functional doping area having a second doping type, a surface doping area having the first doping type, and an auxiliary doping area having the second doping type. By forming a non-uniformly doped functional doping area, the present disclosure forms a self-built potential difference in the functional doping area and drives the moving direction of the photogenerated carriers. The photogenerated carriers may be accelerated by the potential difference, so that the collected carriers will directly enter the subsequent circuit through the transport gate. In addition, the loop shape of the auxiliary doping area can increase the area of receiving charges, in a result, the auxiliary doping area can receive the transported carriers faster, thereby further enhancing the transport efficiency of the photogenerated carriers.

Abstract: Aluminum oxide (Al2O3) thin films having a high ?-phase purity and low defect density and methods for making the aluminum oxide thin films are provided. Also provided are epitaxial heterostructures that incorporate the aluminum oxide thin films as growth substrates and methods of forming the heterostructures. Abstract: A circuit protection device is provided. Methods for using this complex to diagnose or prognose diseases including diabetes, obesity, cancer, neurodegenerative disease or inflammatory diseases associated with activation of NF-?B. Methods for distinguishing lean, obese and diabetic subjects based on expression of BCL10 and its ligands are also disclosed. The invention also pertains to pharmaceutical compositions comprising ligands for BCL10 or other components of this complex or agents such as siRNA or miRNA that regulate the expression of the protein components of this complex.

Abstract: A contactor control system includes a switching member, a high voltage load, a high voltage energy storage, a bi-directional DC/DC-converter operatively connected to the switching member, a high-voltage capacitor operatively connected to the high-voltage load, and a low voltage energy storage operatively connected to the bi-directional DC/DC-converter, wherein the switching member is adapted to connect and disconnect the high voltage energy storage to and from the high voltage load, where the bi-directional DC/DC-converter is adapted to pre-charge the high-voltage capacitor to a predefined voltage value from the low voltage energy storage before the switching member is closed and adapted to discharge the high-voltage capacitor to the low voltage energy storage when the switching member has been opened. The advantage of the invention is that a DC-link capacitor can be charged from and discharged to a low voltage battery by using a bi-directional DC/DC-converter. Energy losses can thus be minimized.
