The battery heating circuit includes a pipe being routed in the vicinity of, and spaced-apart from, the waste-heat source and configured for conveying the battery coolant for enabling the battery coolant within the pipe to heat-up by heat-radiation emitted from the waste-heat source and/or heat-convection through air from the waste-heat source to the battery coolant, and the battery heating circuit is configured for conveying the heated battery coolant to the battery for enabling heating of the battery by the battery coolant.

The automation server adjusts the generated motor control commands to complete the task based on the robotic device sensor data and the remote sensor data.

    Abstract: Epoxy-based inline infrared (IR) filter assembly, and manufacture and use of the same. Co-axial infrared filter assemblies comprise a substantially cylindrical filter body forming a central cavity characterized by opposing holes at each end. The filter body forms an outer conductor, and SMA connectors coupled to the opposing holes at each end of the body are electrically coupled to form an inner conductor positioned along a long axis of the filter body. An infrared absorbing material (such as castable epoxy resin) fills the central cavity of the filter body. Methods for producing the co-axial infrared filter include pressing SMA connectors into the respective ends of the filter body, electrically coupling the SMA connectors, and filling the filter body with epoxy. Electronic systems for operating a dark matter detector include a feedline comprising a coaxial filter configured to advantageously block infrared noise.

    Abstract: A high internal phase emulsion stabilized by a low content of surfactant and its preparation method thereof are provided. An oil ethoxylate is added to a vegetable oil, and the resulting mixture is uniformly mixed under a low-speed stirring at room temperature. Water is added dropwise to the mixture of surfactant and vegetable oil under stirring, and a homogenization is performed on the obtained dispersed system by a high-shear dispersion emulsification homogenizer to obtain the high internal phase emulsion stabilized by oil ethoxylate. The preparation method requires a low content of surfactant, mild preparation conditions and simple operations. When the oil-phase volume fraction is 83 vol %, the minimum mass fraction of the oil ethoxylate to stabilize the high internal phase emulsion is 0.6 wt %, and the prepared oil-in-water type high internal phase emulsion has excellent stability and shows bright color, delicate odor, hydra feel and being easy to apply.
