Abstract: A video coding method and apparatus adaptively determine spatial resolution for a horizontal component and a vertical component of a motion vector or block vector indicating a position of a reference block when performing inter prediction or intra block copy (IBC) of a current block. The video coding method and apparatus separately determine each spatial resolution for a plurality of motion vectors.

The electromagnetic radiation apparatus includes a signal generator configured to generate a first electromagnetic signal configured with an uplink and a downlink and scale and radiate power of the first electromagnetic signal in order to evaluate the first electromagnetic signal as a second electromagnetic signal configured only with a downlink, and a radiation chamber in which cell containers configured with cells are arranged in a circle in order to evenly irradiate a scaled first electromagnetic signal to the cells.

Abstract: System, methods, and other embodiments described herein relate to an improved approach to training a depth model to derive depth estimates from monocular images using cost volumes. Abstract: A long-distance high-voltage cable fault degree detection method. A cable fault positioning curve is obtained by using a frequency-domain reflection method, and a cable fault positioning compensation curve is determined by means of theoretical calculation in combination with the parameters of a frequency-domain incident signal, cable structure parameters, and characteristic parameters of each layer of materials of the field test; furthermore, a cable fault diagnosis curve is determined on the basis of the cable fault positioning curve and the cable fault positioning compensation curve, the severity of the fault is determined by means of the amplitude of a peak point of the cable fault diagnosis curve, and the accuracy of long-distance high-voltage cable fault degree diagnosis is effectively improved.

Abstract: In some examples, an electronic device comprises an interface to receive a video of a human face, a memory storing executable code, and a processor coupled to the interface and to the memory. Abstract: According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a pressure sensing device using a sensor based on a Wheatstone bridge includes: a half Wheatstone bridge unit including two variable resistors of which resistance values are changed according to an environmental change; a variable capacitor unit electrically connected to the half Wheatstone bridge unit and generating RC delays for two variable resistors, respectively; an amplifier amplifying respective charging voltages charged after a time of the respective RC delays; and a comparator comparing the amplified charging voltages and outputting the compared charging voltages as digital values. As a result, an intraocular pressure sensing device is further miniaturized and has smaller power loss.
