  • Patent number: 11946074
Abstract: Compositions and methods are provided for making and using a cell having expressed on its outer plasma membrane surface an Anchor designed to form a first complex with a selected Linker. The Linker is designed to form a second complex with in a target protein that is not recognized by the Anchor. These cells can be primary cells or immortalized cells, they function as fusion partners to create hybridoma cells. The cells can be designed to bind a secreted targeted protein, e.g., a secreted antibody, to the cell surface via an immune complex formed by the Anchor-Linker and permit the identification of the existence, antigen specificity, and antigen binding affinity, titer, amount, or biological activity of the target protein. In certain embodiments, the Linker is of a species heterologous to the species of the Anchor; and the target protein is of a species heterologous to the Linker and to the Anchor.

  • Patent number: 11946988
Abstract: A method of sensing a current in a conductor includes controlling a digital to analog converter output to cancel residual offset voltage in a magnetic tunnel junction device prior to sensing the current with the magnetic tunnel junction device. The method includes switching input to the magnetic tunnel junction device between a fixed voltage and an output of a digital to analog converter while switching input to a band pass filter between a lower and an upper voltage output of the magnetic tunnel junction device. The output of the digital to analog converter is modified to provide a low-amplitude unsaturated sine-wave at an output of the band pass filter, at which point changes in the output of the band pass filter are associated with the amount of current in a sensed conductor.

  • Patent number: 11948709
Abstract: An all-printed physically unclonable function based on a single-walled carbon nanotube network. The network may be a mixture of semiconducting and metallic nanotubes randomly tangled with each other through the printing process. The unique distribution of carbon nanotubes in a network can be used for authentication, and this feature can be a secret key for a high level hardware security. The carbon nanotube network does not require any advanced purification process, alignment of nanotubes, high-resolution lithography and patterning. Rather, the intrinsic randomness of carbon nanotubes is leveraged to provide the unclonable aspect.
