Abstract: A combination of active agents for the treatment of Lowe Syndrome (LS) comprising a RhoA inhibitor and a mTOR inhibitor; a pharmaceutical composition comprising the combination and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier; a combination of pharmaceutical compositions in which one composition comprises a RhoA inhibitor and the other composition comprises a mTOR inhibitor; and a method of treating a patient for LS.
Abstract: A computing system includes a host device and a root of trust (RoT) device for performing batch encryption and decryption operations facilitated by a direct memory access (DMA) engine. The host device generates a command table for batch processing of a set of address tables that each describe a set of data blocks of a file to be encrypted or decrypted. The DMA engine facilitates a DMA transfer of the command table from the host memory to an RoT memory of the RoT device. The RoT device then performs batch processing of the address tables referenced in the command table. For each address table, the DMA engine copies a set of data blocks from the host memory to the RoT memory, a cryptographic engine encrypts or decrypts the data blocks, and the DMA engine copies the transformed data blocks back to the host memory.

Abstract: The invention generally relates to mass spectral analysis. In certain embodiments, methods of the invention involve analyzing a lipid containing sample using a mass spectrometry technique, in which the technique utilizes a liquid phase that does not destroy native tissue morphology during analysis. Due to the use of a liquid phase that does not destroy native tissue morphology during analysis, a subsequent staining technique can be performed on the tissue sample and an overlaid image can be produced of a mass spectral image and a staining image.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention provide an approach for reinforcement learning for unsupervised video summarization with piecewise linear interpolation. A candidate importance score is anticipated by training a video summarization network using a set of video frames in a video. The candidate importance score is interpolated with respect to other candidate importance scores in the video in order to generate a selection probably for each frame of the video. A video summarization that includes a set of selected frames is generated frame selection probability.
