  • Patent number: 11741064
Abstract: The disclosure provides an efficient dataset search and/or deduplication that improve the speed and efficiency of dataset record search and/or deduplication over traditional methods. Certain implementations apply field-level deletion neighborhood processing to ordered field permutations of dataset records encoded with hash values. A method includes determining a field-level deletion neighborhood for two or more field combinations of the record by determining field hash values, creating field permutations, determining combined record hash values for each permutation; and associating each record hash value to the unique entity identifier. The method includes searching other entity representation records for matching combined record hash values, and assigning one or more of a unique entity identifier and a duplicate entity identifier to the other entity representation records having the matching combined record hash values.

  • Patent number: 11734782
Abstract: Manual human processing of documents often generates results that are subjective and include human-error. The cost and relatively slow speed of manual, human analysis makes it effectively impossible or impracticable to perform document analysis at the scale, speed, and cost desired in many industries. Accordingly, it may be advantageous to employ objective, accurate rule-based techniques to evaluate and process documents. This application discloses data processing equipment and methods specially adapted for a specific application: analysis of the breadth of documents. The processing may include context-dependent pre-processing of documents and sub-portions of the documents. The sub-portions may be analyzed based on word count and commonality of words in the respective sub-portions. The equipment and methods disclosed herein improve upon other automated techniques to provide document processing by achieving a result that quantitatively improves upon manual, human processing.

  • Publication number: 20230259857
Abstract: In an illustrative embodiment, systems and methods by which a computerized platform accesses a data set pertaining to system characteristics and delivers the data to models to assist a user in identifying and remedying cyber vulnerabilities may include models for identifying vulnerabilities based on system characteristics and for identifying remedial actions and services to mitigate the vulnerabilities. Models may be created for quantifying composite risk exhibited by the system and may quantify risk on a domain-by-domain basis. The influence that performance of one or more remedial actions may have on the quantified risk profile of the system may be automatically projected. The response of an insurance marketplace as it pertains to offering policies to cover losses arising from cyber vulnerabilities exhibited by the system, either in its status quo or as altered via by enacting one or more remedial actions, may be automatically projected.

  • Patent number: 11676231
Abstract: This disclosure describes, in part, techniques for performing automatic document analysis. For instance, one or more computing devices may obtain a plurality of documents for analysis. The one or more computing devices may then analyze the documents to determine a respective comparative breadth score representing a breadth of each document, a respective comparative portion count score representing a number of documents portions included in each document, and a respective comparative differentiation score representing differentiation between the documents portions included in each document. In some instances, the one or more computing devices determine each of the scores based on comparing the respective breadth, respective number of document portions, and respective differentiation for each of the documents under analysis. The one or more computing devices can then determine a comprehensive score for each document using the respective scores, and generate a user interface that includes the overall scores.

  • Patent number: 11641290
Abstract: An on-vehicle device for a driver monitoring system can be configured to be isolated from the vehicle bus while connected to the vehicle's OBD port. In a fully-isolated mode, the device only receives power and ground from the vehicle's OBD port and there is no other communication sent or received from the vehicle bus. In a passive mode, the device can obtain some information from the vehicle bus but does not request any information on the vehicle bus. The device may be undetectable on the vehicle bus. Optionally, the device receives commands via a communication interface to be switched among the three modes: fully active mode, fully isolated mode and passive mode. The commands may come from a server and may be communicated over the internet or over a cell network to a communication module on the device.
