Abstract: A method for early damage recognition of a machine, and program and control unit for executing the method are disclosed. The method is disclosed for early damage recognition, wherein a frequency-transformed signal, filtered of dominant excitations, is supplied to a comparative early damage recognition, and wherein, after the filtering, damage of the machine is recognized by comparing the signal to a comparison value.
Abstract: A brake system damping device includes a first chamber to which hydraulic pressure is applied, a second chamber in which a compressible medium is located, a first separating element separating the first chamber from the second chamber, a third chamber in which a compressible medium is located, and a second separating element separating the second chamber from the third chamber. The second chamber is connected to the third chamber in a medium-conducting manner by an outlet formed in the second separating element, and a closing element by means of which the outlet can be closed in a movement direction as soon as the hydraulic pressure in the first chamber has reached a predefined pressure value. The outlet is formed on its side facing the second chamber with at least one outlet opening, the cross-sectional area of which is oriented substantially in the movement direction of the closing element.
Abstract: A method for operating an internal combustion engine including an exhaust gas-driven supercharging device having an electric support drive. The method includes providing an operating point specification of the internal combustion engine, ascertaining a maximum admissible recuperation output in a recuperation mode of the electric support drive as a function of the operating point specification, and limiting the recuperation output to the maximum admissible recuperation output in the recuperation mode.
Abstract: A power tool includes a motor and a power supply that are connected by a switch disposed in an electrical circuit. The switch controls the on/off state of the motor and is actuated by a switch actuator that serves as a spring element. The switch actuator includes a guide plate supported on the housing, and a resilient arm that protrudes from the guide plate into an opening in the tool housing. When the switch actuator is in a first actuator position relative to the housing, the resilient arm is biased toward an edge of the opening and engages the edge, thereby preventing inadvertent movement of the switch actuator to the second actuator position. When the switch actuator is actuated by applying a bi-directional manual force to the resilient arm, the resilient arm is displaced from the edge, thereby permitting movement of the switch actuator to the second actuator position.
