It includes accepting payments by the real estate agents and the real estate related service or product providers to pay advertising fees directly to the system. It includes not tying advertising fees to lead generation. It includes allowing real estate agents to select preferred real estate service or product providers. It includes pooling the selected preferred real estate service or product providers to additional real estate service or product providers selected at random and randomly selecting real estate service or product providers from this pool to appear with a real estate advertisement.

Abstract: A method for monitoring a fracturing operation in a target well comprising extending a seismic sensor in a tubing string to a first position in an well offset from the target well. A coolant fluid is circulated through the tubing string for a predetermined time. The tubing string is retracted to a second uphole position such that the cooled seismic sensor is exposed in the offset wellbore. A seismic signal emitted during the fracturing operation of the target well is sensed in the offset well.

Abstract: Embodiments are directed to methods for routing messages using logically independent recipient identifiers and server computers operable to implement those methods. In one embodiment, an authorization request message is received at the server computer from a sending institution. The authorization request message comprises a non-financial institution identifier and a recipient identifier separate from the non-financial institution identifier, the non-financial institution identifier identifying a non-financial institution, the recipient identifier associated with a recipient, wherein the authorization request message requests authorization for a transaction between a sender and the recipient.

A data mapping system may be used to map value driver data elements to business questions to assess which data sets or sources of data are more important than others when assessing the business questions. This can assist in the process of identifying the most useful and accurate data for assessing a business question.

Abstract: A system operates to carry out financial transfers in response to data read from data bearing records. A cell phone having a camera stores in memory indicia corresponding to account data from a plurality of magnetic stripe cards. A user can operate the phone to select one of the accounts stored in the memory. The memory further includes a scanned user-identifying written signature. The user can use the phone during an item purchase to wirelessly transmit each of an item's identifier captured by the camera, selected account data, and the user signature.

Abstract: A system includes a database that stores attributes of applications that are descriptive of source code included in the applications and identification data that identifies the applications to which the attributes apply. The attributes are mined through a programmatic analysis of one or more repositories in which the applications are stored, and the programmatic analysis includes programmatic analysis of the source code included in the applications to derive the attributes. The system also includes a computer system configured to handle queries against the attributes of the applications stored in the database and provide output based on the handling of queries against the attributes of the applications stored in the database.

Abstract: Activities performed by a client at a site of an organization are monitored and stored in an activity database. A call is thereafter received from the client at a telephone system of the organization, which performs an identification of the client. The identification is provided to a cross-channel router as a request for a prediction on where the call from the client should be routed, and the router indexes into the activity database based on the identification of the client to obtain the monitored activity of the client. The router employs predicting rules and the obtained activity to generate a prediction of client needs, and returns the generated prediction to the telephone-based system, which presents prioritized telephone prompts to the client according to the returned prediction to help in routing the call.

Abstract: A method and system for customizing an automated essay scoring system are disclosed. Relative weights may be assigned to a plurality of features for a plurality of benchmark essay responses. Based on the relative weights, automated scores may be determined for one or more first essay responses to a first prompt. The automated scores may be scaled based on one or more scoring standards for the first prompt. A scaled automated score may be assigned for a second essay response to the first prompt based on the scaled automated scores for the one or more first essay responses.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer-usable medium are disclosed for the packaging of software. A plurality of workflow modules is implemented for the management of software packaging operations. An admin workflow module is implemented on an administrator system, which determines a software package to be assigned to a remote user for software packaging operations. The assignment is then routed to a remote user workflow module implemented on the remote user's system. The admin workflow module determines the virtual machine (VM) configuration requirements of the software packaging operation. If an existing VM with the required configured is not available, then instructions are provided to a virtual machine manager (VMM) to generate a VM with the required configuration. The software package is then loaded and control of the VM is released to the remote user through a virtual private network (VPN) connection. The remote user then performs the assigned software packaging operation.

Abstract: The invention teaches a system and method for managing a transaction account using the BIN number included in a transaction account number. The transaction account number is provided to a transaction account issuer configured to retrieve the BIN number from the transaction account. A portion of the BIN number, called the BIN identifier, is retrieved by the transaction account issuer and used to locate a corresponding use or issuer-defined transaction processing protocol stored on the account issuer system. The account issuer may then process the transaction request in accordance with the protocol located.

Abstract: Methods and systems for variable wavelet correction are described. A variable depth dataset is deghosted before presentation to a multiples prediction step of multiples elimination model. In another aspect, the multiples prediction is reghosted before presentation to an adaptive subtraction step of the multiples elimination model. A source-side zero-phasing signature can be applied before deghosting and a predefined gain can be applied in the low and high frequency sides as part of deghosting and reghosting to compensate for the squaring effect produced by convolving wavelets.

Abstract: An embodiment includes a method comprising transmitting and receiving an acoustic signal that is modulated along a jointed tubing. The acoustic signal may be transmitted in multiple passbands of the jointed tubing and may be modulated differently in different passbands. A swept frequency signal may be used to determine transmission characteristics of the jointed tubing and to select the multiple passbands. Additional embodiments are disclosed.
