Abstract: A system for providing software development performance predictions is disclosed. The system can include one or more processors and a memory in communication with the processors storing instructions that, when executed by the processors are configured to cause the system to perform method steps. The system can receive data associated with a plurality of completed projects and a request for a new software development project. The system can determine first metrics associated with each completed project and second metrics associated with the new software development project. The first and second metrics may be associated with one or more predictive variables. The system can define predictive model systems based on one or more predictive variables and identify completed projects including a first subgroup of first metrics that match the second metrics beyond a predetermined threshold. The system can determine a performance prediction based on the identified first subgroup of first metrics.

Abstract: A data sharing system may facilitate sharing of data with third party systems. In one example, the data sharing system can provide a graphical user interface that displays an available subset of user data for sharing. The available subset may be based on previously shared user data with the third party system. The third party system can provide a selection of data of interest within the available subset, and the selected data can be shared.

Abstract: Methods and systems for regulating generation of units according to at least one encryption technique associated with a blockchain are disclosed. In some embodiments, a system includes a communication device configured to communicate with a computing device executing an application and a processor configured to execute instructions to perform operations. The operations include receiving transaction information describing a transaction; based on the transaction, determining product awards for at least one product awards program for the transaction; using the blockchain, determining a real-time conversion rate for the transaction, where the real-time conversion rate is regulated by the at least one encryption technique; based on the real-time conversion rate, converting the product awards to units; and entering into the blockchain encrypted data associated with the transaction, wherein the encrypted data is encrypted according to the at least one encryption technique.

Abstract: Systems and methods of managing incorrectly addressed items in a distribution network. A user can identify via an interface items which are incorrectly labelled, addressed, or which identify an incorrect recipient. The distribution network can use information from the user to reprocess items, reroute items, or take other actions.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a method includes conveying a downhole tool in a tubing, positioned in a casing which forms an annulus between the casing and a wellbore formed in a subsurface formation, the downhole tool having a rotatable transmitter and a receiver array. The method includes performing the following until an acoustic transmission has been emitted for each of a number of defined azimuthal positions: rotating the rotatable transmitter to one of the number of defined azimuthal positions, emitting the acoustic transmission, and detecting, by the receiver array and without rotation of the downhole tool beyond a rotation threshold, an acoustic response of a number of acoustic responses that is derived from the acoustic transmission. The method further includes computationally rotating, by a processor and after detecting, data of each of the number of acoustic responses in a pre-determined direction to generate a computationally rotated multipole response.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for providing real-time warnings to merchants for data breaches. For example, the system may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to perform operations consistent with this disclosure. The operations may include collecting and storing transaction authorization requests from one or more merchants. The transaction authorization requests may include a virtual account number associated with an account, the virtual account number being previously bound to a merchant and reusable only for the bound merchant. The operations may further include detecting an event at the bound merchant based on, for example, a transaction authorization request having a mismatch between a transacting merchant and the bound merchant. The operations my further include communicating notification of the event through a communication interface with the bound merchant.

Abstract: A method includes acquiring an image of a cutter on a drill bit, determining a cutter dull condition based on the image of the cutter using a machine-learning method, wherein the machine-learning method is trained using a set of training images and a set of known cutter dull conditions, wherein each of the set of known cutter dull conditions is associated with one or more of a set of cutters depicted in the set of training images and determining a cutter degradation severity based the image of the cutter. The method also includes generating bit modification instructions based the cutter dull condition and the cutter degradation severity.

Abstract: A system and method in accordance with example embodiments may include systems and methods for a cloud-based analytics platform. The cloud-based analytics platform may allow the manual and automatic uploading to and/or downloading from a cloud server. The platform may include single sign-on (SSO) capabilities such that a user may have one set of credentials to access data from the cloud-based analytics and/or data stored locally. The platform may include data validation and processing in order to provide real-time feedback on uploads based on file type, file size, access rights, extracted data, and transformed data.

Abstract: This application relates to a system for compressing captured images. The system may include an image capturing device configured to continuously capture images, for example, of a location, or frame, or field of view, and convert the captured images respectively into a plurality of sets of digital data, each of the plurality of sets of digital data including at least two consecutive rows of digital data. The system may also include a processor circuit configured to combine the at least two sets of the plurality of sets of digital data to generate a pre-compression set of digital data and simultaneously compress the pre-compression set of digital data simultaneously or together in a single compression operation.

Abstract: A device for actuating a downhole tool includes a housing having a surface structure on an external surface thereof. The surface structure has an inactive state and an activated state. In the inactive state, the device can travel through seat structures mounted in a well tubing and will experience a physical impact having an impact level exceeding a threshold level when passing through each one of the seat structures. In the activated state, the device can seat in a selected seat in the well tubing. A sensor is enclosed in the housing and configured to generate a signal in response to the physical impact. A controller in the housing communicates with the impact sensor and monitors the physical impacts; and activates the surface structure based on the monitored physical impacts.

Abstract: In some aspects, methods and systems for a digital trust architecture are provided. In some aspects, the architecture includes a user account provisioning process. The provisioning process may make use of in person verifications of some personal information to ensure authenticity of the user information. Once the authenticity of user information is established, an account may be created. The user account may include a user email account, with integrated access to digital certificates linked to the user account. Account creation may also automatically publish the new user's public key in a publicly accessible directory, enabling encrypted email information to be easily sent to the new user.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems, methods, and machine-readable media for concurrent communication. One method includes displaying an interactive application on a first device of a user during a break in an entertainment segment displayed on a second device, sending a request for interaction from the user through the interactive application, pausing the interactive application when the break in the entertainment segment is over, and notifying the user when an additional break begins so the user can commence interacting with the interactive application.

Abstract: One embodiment of the invention is directed to a method comprising, receiving an authentication request message for a transaction. The method further comprises determining that detailed device information is required to authenticate the transaction and generating a message including an identifier and a request for the detailed device information. The method further comprises retrieving the detailed device information from a remote server computer using the identifier and modifying the authentication request message to include the detailed device information. The method further comprises sending the modified authentication request message to an access control server computer. The method further comprises receiving an authentication response message from the access control server computer including a verification value for the transaction, where the verification value is generated based on a result of a risk analysis performed using the detailed device information.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to a transaction exchange platform using a streaming data platform (SDP) and microservices to process transactions according to review and approval workflows. The transaction exchange platform may receive transactions from origination sources, which may be added to the SDP as transaction objects. Microservices on the transaction exchange platform may interact with the transaction objects based on configured workflows associated with the transactions. Processing on the transaction exchange platform may facilitate clearing and settlement of transactions. Some aspects may provide for dynamic and flexible reconfiguration of workflows and/or microservices. Other aspects may provide for data snapshots and workflow tracking, allowing for monitoring, quality control, and auditability of transactions on the transaction exchange platform.

Abstract: One or more traffic-data sets including traffic probes, which include one or more identifiable items of information obtained from one or more traffic probe devices, are obtained. A traffic flow prediction to be validated is selected. The selected traffic flow prediction is associated with a road segment and a time period. A list of traffic probes to be used in validating the traffic flow prediction is generated. The list of traffic probes includes information obtained from traffic probe devices that travelled an entire length of the road segment during the time period. Travel times of the traffic probe devices that travelled an entire length of the road segment during the time period are ordered, and outliers are removed from the list of traffic probes. A validated traffic-flow prediction is generated based on traffic probes remaining in the list of traffic probes, and the validated traffic-flow prediction is transmitted to an end-user processing device.

Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure describe an integration of video sessions across platforms, transforming the user experience. In some embodiments, a user can participate in an interaction via a channel. Next, the system can determine whether the interaction is eligible for a video session with a representative. When the interaction is eligible for the video session, an option for the video session can be displayed on a user interface of the device. After receiving a request for the video session, the video session can be routed to a uniquely skilled representative, where the uniquely skilled representative is determined based, at least in part, on the interaction.

Abstract: Systems and methods are presented for payment transaction overrides and system initiated payment splitting. In one embodiment, a first authorization request associated with a first account is monitored at an override computer, an override trigger is identified, and a transaction override approval is received. Override authorization requests are then sent, and responses to the override authorization requests are received at the override computer. A response to the initial authorization request is the sent based on the response received to the override authorization request. In alternative embodiments the override requests are cascaded, or include requests for new account creation.

Abstract: Systems and methods for lossless compression of tabular numeric data are provided. The system can include one or more data compression servers executing data compression system code to compress the tabular numeric data, a storage database to store the compressed tabular numeric data, and one or more data decompression servers to decompress the tabular numeric data for use. The one or more data compression servers, the storage database, and the one or more data decompression servers can communicate via a communication network. The system can receive the uncompressed tabular numeric data from one or more data generation systems, processes the uncompressed tabular numeric data with the data compression system code, and generate a compressed table of numeric information, which can be stored in the database, or later decompressed by the one or more data decompression servers.

Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure include a vehicle water detection system that includes a housing configured to be disposed within a vehicle. The vehicle water detection system also includes a water-activated battery disposed within the housing and configured to produce an electrical voltage upon contact with water. The vehicle water detection system further includes an electronic circuitry disposed within the housing and configured to detect a water event occurring in the vehicle based at least in part on the electrical voltage.
