    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a protein-type nanoparticle for multi-specific antibody delivery, a preparation method, and its application. The protein-type nanoparticle includes a polyester and a protein with a hydrophobic domain, and the hydrophobic domain of the protein is bound with the polyester through hydrophobic interactions. The protein is at least one of albumin, globulin and cell wall protein. The protein-type nanoparticle of the present disclosure has excellent stability and biocompatibility. The protein-type nanoparticle is used to prepare a multi-specific antibody delivery platform (?Fc-NP) by binding anti-IgG-Fc antibody or anti-IgG-Fc antibody fragment, which can stably, quickly and easily bind to multiple specific antibodies through antigen-antibody interaction and enhance the therapeutic effect of specific antibodies.

    Abstract: A multistable compliant mechanism is formed by connecting sequentially multiple basic units front to end to form a closed annular structure. Each basic unit includes two flexible hinges perpendicular to each other on different planes and two rigid connection parts for connecting the flexible hinges. The two flexible hinges are connected by a rigid connection part, and one of the flexible hinges is connected to a flexible hinge of an adjacent basic unit through the other rigid connection part. Lengths of two rigid connection parts in a same basic unit are equal, but lengths of rigid connection parts of different basic units are not necessarily equal. The multistable compliant mechanism features the continuous rotation and multi-steady state of a tri-compliant mechanism. The multistable compliant mechanism also features variable mechanism topology, an adjustable unit number, easy implementation, and promotion. A method for steady state analysis of the multistable compliant mechanism is also provided.

The pH-sensitive membranolytic polymer material has the structure shown in Formula (I). At normal physiological pH, the polymer material is hydrophobic neutral, and can be self-assembled into PEG coated nanoparticles with weak interaction with cell membrane; when the pH decreases, the polymer material can be protonated to form an amphiphilic structure consisting of hydrophobic domain and cationic domain, which has strong interaction with the cell membrane and strong membranolytic activity, so the polymer material can kill tumor cells or bacteria efficiently and selectively.

This method has low time complexity, may effectively utilize channel resources of the IoV system, and ensures the delay reliability of the DUE for which the local V2V data exchange is performed in the form of D2D communication. In the meantime, the time delay and energy consumption of CUE are both close to the minimum, thus meeting the IoV requirements of low time delay and high reliability.
