    Abstract: The invention discloses a device for producing biogas with high methane content by utilizing livestock and poultry feces, wherein the interior of a tank body of a biogas fermentation tank is divided by a baffle, so as to form a main reaction chamber and an auxiliary reaction chamber which are communicated in upper portions, so that a reactant flows into the auxiliary reaction chamber only after entering the main reaction chamber via a relatively low feeding hole and then reaching a high position of a liquid level, and extension of fermentation time is realized, meanwhile, scales formed at the top of fermentation broth flow into the auxiliary reaction chamber along with liquid, so that the interior of the main reaction chamber keeps a liquid state all the time, and sealing and reduction of quantity of anaerobic bacteria are avoided.

The high-isolation millimeter-wave phased array antenna includes a plurality of radiating stacked microstrip patch elements, a shielding metal wall, several coupling-offset path branches, a metal ground plane, a feeding network layer, several ports, wherein the first port is excited, energy of the feeding network layer is coupled to a corresponding radiating stacked microstrip patch element through an I-shaped slot, and the energy is transmitted to the second port adjacent to the first port through an inherent coupling path portion; the coupling-offset path branch is introduced to offset the inherent coupling, thus achieving a high-isolation performance between the first port and the second port. By adopting the simple decoupling branch, the invention can achieve a high-isolation effect in a wide band, improve an active standing-wave ratio and a scanning capability of the array antenna.

    Abstract: A method for decolorizing and deproteinizing brown algae polysaccharides belongs to the field of deep processing of brown algae. The method combines ultraviolet (UV) with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), including the following steps: extracting dried and pulverized brown algae by hot water to obtain brown algae polysaccharide, dissolving the brown algae polysaccharide in an aqueous solution containing H2O2 and irradiating under ultraviolet light, wherein the mass concentration of the brown algae polysaccharide is 2.5-10.0 mg/mL, the concentration of the H2O2 is 25-150 mmol/L, and the UV irradiation time is 1.0-2.0 h, so as to deproteinize and decolorize the brown algae. The invention does not use acids, bases and organic solvents, which is green with no pollution, simple in operation, safe, economical and time-saving.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a GaN/two-dimensional AlN heterojunction rectifier on a silicon substrate and a preparation method therefor and belongs to the field of rectifiers. The mesa isolation groove is in contact with the non-doped GaN layer, the non-doped InGaN layer, the SiNx passivation layer and the Schottky contact electrode. The Schottky contact electrode is in contact with the mesa isolation groove and the non-doped GaN layer. The thickness of the two-dimensional AlN layer is only several atomic layers, thus the received stress and polarization intensity are greater than those of the AlGaN layer.
