Abstract: A probe station for testing semiconductor substrates, i.e., wafers and other electronic semiconductor elements, suitable for carrying out low-current and low-voltage measurement, comprises a shielding with which the electromagnetic influence (EMI) of the measurement of the semiconductor substrate can be minimized, and also comprises devices for the preparation of test signals. In addition, the housing of the probe station can offer a different possibility for the accessibility of individual components or component groups of the probe station.

Abstract: A probe support for holding probes which serve for electrical contacting of test substrates in a prober for testing purposes is specified. A process for testing test substrates in such a prober is also specified. The probe support comprises a probe card holder, a probe card, and a probe card adapter, where the probe card and probe card adapter are electrically connected to one another as well as to a shield of electrically conductive material and are disposed in such a manner that the probe card lies in a passageway of a shield. The shield is disposed between the test substrates and the probe card holder and is electrically insulated from it.

Abstract: A vehicle roof includes a roof opening in a roof skin. First and second roof parts are movable between a closed position in which the parts are arranged flush behind one another within the roof opening to thereby close off the roof opening and in an opened position in which the second part is lowered with respect to the roof skin and the first part extends over the second part to thereby expose the roof opening. A kinematic support mechanism is movable to an extended position in which the mechanism fixes the second part in the closed position and in a retracted position in which the mechanism lowers the second part in the opened position. The first part and the mechanism are connected to one another such that the first part actuates the mechanism between its positions in response to the first part moving between the closed and opened positions.

Abstract: In a method and system for operation of a transfer printing station of an electrographic printing device, a transfer printing station is provided comprising a light-sensitive medium onto which toner images are provided by electrostatic forces affected via a toner image electrical potential. A transport band is provided holding successive sheet-form recording medium by electrostatic forces. Toner images are transfer printed from the light-sensitive medium onto the successive sheet-form recording media by electrostatic forces affected by an electrical transfer printing potential. The electrical transfer printing potential is at least reduced while the light-sensitive medium passes into intervening space line between two successive recording media sheets. A cleaning station cleans off residual toner on the light-sensitive medium that is not transfer-printed. A cleaning device mechanically loosens residual toner from the transport band.

Abstract: A vehicle steering wheel includes a steering wheel body having a hub, a separate functional unit fastened to the hub, in particular a gas bag module, and a microphone. The microphone is arranged in a lateral gap between the steering wheel body and the functional unit.

Abstract: In an electrophotographic printer or copier, toner images of images to be printed onto a printing substrate are generated and fixed, causing sliding characteristics to be worsened. In order to remedy this problem, a moistening device is provided that applies on the printing substrate a moistening agent made from a moistening fluid and a lubricant dissolved therein. Two problems are thus solved: the printing substrate is moistened and simultaneously lubricated.

Abstract: In a method for generating an IPDS data stream, different levels are defined with level numbers, whereby in each level a group of print data is combined on which the same operation is implemented. The operations are defined by operation numbers. A linkage exists between the level numbers and the operation numbers such that an operation number can be unambiguously assigned to a level number so that it can be determined using the linkage which level is provided for which operation. It is not necessary to generate and to maintain complex tables in order to be able to administrate the level corresponding to the required specification.

Abstract: The invention relates to polyvinyl alcohols and polyvinyl acetals which contain silane and can be obtained by means of a) radical polymerization of at least one vinyl ester of unbranched or branched alkyl carboxylic acids comprising between 1 and 18 C atoms, in the presence of aldehydes containing silane or the hemiacetals or full acetals thereof, b) saponification of the vinyl ester polymers obtained thereby, and optionally c) acetalation of the partially saponified or fully saponified vinyl ester polymers.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process for the production of a multi-layer image, preferably a multi-color image. A transfer film which is applied to a paper ubstrate and which is treated with laser irradiation is used. The transfer film has a laser-sensitive layer and a background layer arranged therebeneath. The laser-sensitive layer comprises laser-sensitive material, for example laser-sensitive pigments or other laser-sensitive coloring agents. The laser-sensitive material in the layer is region-wise bleached by laser irradiation. That results in a so-called laser-induced image component. As it is transparent or partly transparent, the background layer which is arranged therebeneath and which can have a printed image then becomes visible from above in that region. That therefore gives a multi-layer image which is formed by the laser-induced image component and by the background layer jointly.

Abstract: A retractable roof assembly for a vehicle is provided that includes relatively movable rigid panels that are positioned to cover a passenger/cargo compartment of the vehicle in an extended position and that are stacked one above another in a retracted position. A telescoping track is provided on opposite lateral sides of the vehicle to guide movement of the roof panels. D-pillars of the roof assembly are slidable between a position wherein they are spaced from the C-pillars to a retracted position in which the D-pillars are adjacent to the C-pillars. The discharge opening can be brought from a closed state into an opened state and comprises at least one opening in the first and in the second fastening elements. A section of the gas bag extends over the discharge opening in the closed state and the gas bag is exposed towards an interior of the gas bag in a region of the discharge opening. Means are provided which partially destroy the gas bag in the region of the discharge opening, in order to uncover the discharge opening.

The reel must have at least three coils with its free end extending into the direction of unwinding.
