Abstract: Various catheters are provided herein for recording, mapping, and/or ablating target tissue to reduce or eliminate unwanted electrical impulses. In one embodiment, a catheter can have a handle, an elongate body, and an end effector. The end effector has expanded and contracted configurations and can rotate about the elongate body. A plurality of electrodes can also be disposed on the end effector for recording, mapping, and/or ablating target tissue surrounding the catheter. The handle can guide the end effector through transitioning between the configurations and rotating about the elongate body.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system includes a treatment apparatus configured to be manipulated by a patient while performing a treatment plan, and a server computing device configured. The server computing device receives treatment plans that, when applied to patients, cause outcomes to be achieved by the patients, receives monetary value amounts associated with the treatment plans, where a respective monetary value amount of the monetary value amounts is associated with a respective treatment plan of the treatment plans. The server computing device receives constraints including rules pertaining to billing codes associated with the treatment plans. An artificial intelligence engine generates optimal treatment plans for a patient based on the treatment plans, the monetary value amounts, and the constraints, wherein each of the optimal treatment plans complies with the constraints and represents a patient outcome and an associated monetary value amount generated.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a head positioning assembly in a tape embedded drive. The tape embedded drive has two reels as well as four guide rollers. The reels and guide rollers are arranged within the tape embedded drive so as to position the head positioning assembly as close to the center of the tape embedded drive as possible. In so doing, the reels, guide rollers, and head assembly are more stable which reduces or even eliminates shock and vibration to the tape embedded drive.

The UE transmits a security command complete message to the base station. The security command complete message may trigger a packet data unit (PDU) session establishment procedure to establish a PDU session between the UE and the base station.

Abstract: Hygiene regulations and social distancing are very effective in blocking short distance infections. During the lockdown, the distance rules can usually be adhered to, but what happens when the actual lockdown is over and the people meet again in a confined space? Then additional effective and efficient protection is essential to stabilize infection rates. Since the viruses are spread by contact and droplet infection, technical devices are required that effectively intervene in the chain of infection and effectively block infection. An effective protection is the respiratory mask as known since 100 years. This patent application discloses an alternative to mask that is a patient aerosol protection for various applications in the environment. The patient aerosol protection consists of adjustable air sucking devices in different form factors based on the application. The patient aerosol protection protects against any aerosol released by a patient in the environment.
