Abstract: The invention relates to a locating method for localizing at least one object using wave-based signals, wherein a wave field emanates from the object to be localized and the wave field emanating from the object is received by a number N of receivers, at least one measurement signal is formed in every receiver, said measurement signal being dependent on the spatial and temporal distribution of the wave field and the phase progression of said measurement signal being characteristically influenced by the signal propagation time from the object to the receiver, wherein, for position locating, phase values for each of the at least two measurement signals are taken as measured phase values, and wherein the current position (P(k)) of the object to be located at the time k is determined by a comparison of at least one linear combination of the measured phase values with at least one linear combination of the associated hypothetical phase values, which result from the transmitter-receiver distance(s), and using a recu
Abstract: A method of operating a storage means, wherein for writing and storing a storage item to the storage means the storage item to be written and stored—in particular by using the concept and theory of identification—is provided, a encoding process by means of randomization is applied to the storage item to generate and to provide a randomized encoded storage item, and the randomized encoded storage item is written and stored to the storage means. At least a first randomization process is underlying the encoding process and is a randomization process dedicated and assigned to the underlying storage means. The present disclosure further refers to a unit for operating a storage means, to a storage means and to a system for processing data. By having two randomization processes underlying the encoding process, a distinction can be made between a secrecy insuring and secrecy non-ensuring randomization processes.

Abstract: An accessory kit is provided for interventional procedures using a magnetic resonance imaging scanner. The accessory kit includes a patient support and an electrical connection adapter. The patient support has a first end proximal and a second end distal to the scanner. The distal end is configured to create a space to accommodate a clinician, such as narrowing of the distal end or at least one cutout on a side of the distal end. The electrical connection adapter interfaces with the scanner and a scanner table. The accessory kit is configured so that when the proximal end is extended into the scanner bore, the distal end extends outside the bore. The narrowed width and/or cutout(s) of the exposed distal end and the extended gap between the scanner and scanner table create space on at least one side of the patient support that a clinician may use to access a patient.
Abstract: 6-[18F]Fluoro-2-alkoxynicotinoyl substituted Lys-C(O)-Glu derivatives were identified as efficient imaging probes for PSMA expressing tissues in comparison to other known PSMA specific ligands like [18F]DCFPyL, [68Ga]HBED-CC-PSMA, [18F]PSMA-1007 and [Al18F]HBED-CC-PSMA. Unexpectedly, the 6-[18F]fluoro-2-alkoxy and 6-[18F]fluoro-4-alkoxy substituted analogs showed significant differences in accumulation in PSMA expressing prostate tumor cells. Whereas the 2-alkoxy derivative showed cellular uptake values higher than [18F]DCFPyL, the cellular uptake of the corresponding 4-alkoxy substituted derivative was significantly lower. Furthermore, in vivo PET studies with 2-alkoxy-substituted probes demonstrated excellent visualization of PSMA positive ganglia with extremely high target to background ratio. In contrast, the 4-alkoxy substituted derivatives showed less favorable biodistribution with significantly lower uptake in PSMA positive tissues.
