    Abstract: A distributed acoustic sensing (DAS) system based on space-division multiplexing with multi-core fiber (MCF) is proposed. It relates to a technical field of distributed optical fiber sensing. The present invention maintains the advantage of single-ended measurement in the standard DAS system, and realizes the intensity accumulation of the Rayleigh backscattering light within each core of the MCF, which can greatly improve the strain resolution of DAS systems. Moreover, the introduction of optical switch can make different code sequences transmit in the different core of the MCF simultaneously, which can make the single-pulse response with coding gain demodulated without sacrificing the frequency responding bandwidth. Furthermore, the utilization of space-division multiplexing can make multiple pulses with precious time delay transmit in the MCF simultaneously, which can greatly improve the frequency responding bandwidth of DAS system.

A long-distance FODAS amplification method includes steps of: 1) modulating and amplifying a light source to obtain the probe pulse light; 2) guiding the pump light and the probe pulse light into LEAF; 3) combining the probe pulse light with the pump light to perform distributed amplification, so as to generate power-raised Rayleigh backscattered light; and 4) converting and demodulating the Rayleigh backscattered light after being output through the circulator, so as to complete distributed sensing.

    Abstract: A high-voltage n-channel high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) device is provided. In view of a relatively high process difficulty in preparing super junctions on heterojunction devices such as HEMT, the high-voltage n-channel HEMT device provides a surface super junction structure for an n-channel HEMT device. A comb-finger-shaped p-type semiconductor strip block is prepared on a surface of a drift region of the high-voltage n-channel HEMT device, and the p-type semiconductor strip block is electrically connected to a source electrode, so that large-range depletion of a channel of the drift region is realized under a turn-off condition, and a depletion region tolerates a high voltage, thus enhancing a breakdown characteristic of the high-voltage re-channel HEMT device.

    Abstract: A transient response enhancement circuit for buck-type voltage converters, wherein, the transient load changing detecting module detects the output voltage of the buck-type voltage converter.     Abstract: A method for preparing a lithium alloy as an anode material includes the following steps: heating lithium metal into a molten state in an environment with a dew point not higher than ?50° C. and an oxygen content not higher than 10 ppm; adding a transition metal to the molten lithium metal, maintaining the temperature for 5-15 minutes, and uniformly mixing to form a molten alloy; cooling the molten alloy to room temperature to obtain the lithium alloy as the anode material. The preparation method of the present invention is simple and feasible with less cost. The prepared lithium alloy as the anode material can effectively improve the coulombic efficiency and cycle lifespan of the lithium battery.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of superlattice magneto-optical material technologies, and in particular, to a superlattice material, and a preparation method and application thereof. According to description of embodiments, the superlattice material provided in the present invention has both a relatively good magnetic property of a ferrous garnet material and a good photoelectric absorption characteristic of a two-dimensional semiconductor material such as graphene. Magneto-optical Kerr effect data obtained through testing shows that: A saturated magneto-optical Kerr angle of the superlattice material in the present invention is 13 mdeg in a magnetic field of 2500 Oe, and a magneto-optical Kerr angle of the superlattice material is increased by 2.5 times compared with a nonsuperlattice ferrimagnetic thin film material into which no two-dimensional material is inserted, thereby achieving magneto-optical effect enhancement.

The three-layer self-healing structure increases the strength and modulus of the strain sensor as well as increases the ability of the strain sensor to resist external damage.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a pyroelectric polymer film based on a combined process of solution casting and uniaxial stretching is disclosed. The pyroelectric polymer film is firstly prepared by solution casting, afterwards, the casted film is subjected to uniaxial stretching when the film is in a semi-cured state (wet film). Thus a larger stretching ratio (>10) at a lower temperature (even at room temperature) is realized. Without undergoing a further poling process, the as-stretched film does have a fairly, good pyroelectric performance. Moreover, the surface of the stretched film is smoother and has fewer surface defects.
