  • Patent number: 9137784
Abstract: A resource distribution method for throughput maximization in a cooperative cognitive SIMO network. The primary user sends data after receiving a cooperation confirmation message, and the cognitive network keeps silent, receives the information data of the primary user and simultaneously decodes the data. The cognitive users which successfully decode the data send the data of themselves to the cognitive base station and forward the data of the primary user; the cognitive users which cannot successfully decode the data only send the data of themselves and do not forward the data of the primary user. The cognitive base station eliminates the interference of the data of primary user and performs beamforming for the signals. According to the combined adjustment the maximum throughput performance can be realized in the cognitive network.

  • Patent number: 9132425
Abstract: Electronic-fluidic hybrid form dividers, constructed by a simple planer droplet generation structure, a pair of signal electrodes, and a responsive control valve, which is programmed to respond to only certain signal droplets, by a basic electronic principle: change of voltage share between impedances. Detected fluidic information is addressed in both electronic and fluidic forms, and the fluidic pathway is well-confined in a simple planar structure, although its control valve is in a second layer, thereby minimizing any fluidic disturbance. Various configurations comprise a plurality of identical structures, which can alter their cumulative function by re-assignment of required voltage share. The hybrid divider can be assembled into a fluidic universal logic gate, of a simple two inlet and one outlet signal channels structure, and switch between sixteen functions by re-assigning voltage share.

  • Publication number: 20150247744
Abstract: A manufacturing method for a high-temperature-resistant metal-packaged fiber Bragg grating sensor includes using a regenerated fiber Bragg grating obtained via high-temperature annealing as a sensitive element so that the grating will not be erased when used at high temperature. The method also includes using a magnetron sputtering method which makes an optical fiber and metal combine better to form on the surface of the optical fiber an adhesive layer and a conductive layer, thereby causing little damage to optical fiber because of the absence of the processes of coarsening, sensitization, etc. of electroless plating and the fact that the method is performed in an anhydrous environment. After magnetron sputtering, the method includes using an electroplating method to thicken and deposit a protective layer, and embedding the optical fiber in a flexible-structure metallic substrate through the electroplating method to achieve the all-metal package.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the field of recycling of resources, in particular to a method for waste rare earth luminescent material by dual hydrochloric acid. First hydrochloric acid was used to dissolve the red phosphor powder (Y2O3:Eu) priority, and yttrium-rich rare earth chloride solution and residue were obtained after filtered. Residue's major components were green and blue phosphor powder, and the removal of Ca2+ in filtrate was conducted by using Na2SO4, and CaSO4 precipitation separation was conducted to get rich rare earth chloride solution, europium and yttrium. Residue was mixed with alkali to perform alkaline fusion at high temperature to decompose green and blue powder, then sodium aluminate, magnesium, barium and rare earth oxides were obtained. Alkaline fusion products were washed with water, and filtered, and then sodium aluminate solution and residues containing rare earth oxides were obtained.
