    Abstract: The traditional limit equilibrium slice method does not consider the distribution of the interslice normal force when analyzing the slope stability. That is, the present invention takes into consideration the distribution of the acting positions of the thrust line, and thus provides a slope stability limit equilibrium calculation method based on the distribution characteristics of the interslice normal force. For the deep concave slip surface, it is found that the improved limit equilibrium method and the traditional limit equilibrium method have a large error in the safety factor, which is as high as about 20%. The method of the present invention has the characteristics of simplicity and reliability, and will provide more accurate results for slope stability analysis.

    Abstract: Electromagnetic manufacturing method and forming device of mesoscale plate are provided. The manufacturing method includes: oppositely and parallelly disposing a first workpiece to be formed on top of a mold, side-press restraining two ends of the first workpiece, and disposing a deceleration block on two sides of the mold; controlling the first workpiece to tend toward the mold and to be deformed under the drive of uniform electromagnetic force; and colliding a middle area of the first workpiece firstly with the mold under the drive of uniform electromagnetic force, and driving the speed of the middle area of the first workpiece to decelerate to zero. When an area close to the two ends collides with the deceleration block and until the speed of all areas of first workpiece decelerates to zero, forming is completed. Shaping is tending further toward the mold through electromagnetic force until completely fitted to the mold.

    Abstract: A method for calculating a temperature-dependent mid-span vertical displacement of a girder bridge includes: setting a joint rotation of a main girder at each support as an unknown quantity, and establishing an equation according to a bending moment equilibrium condition at the joint; then introducing a sequence to establish a quantitative relationship between each unknown quantity; substituting the relationship into the equation, to obtain an analytical formula for a rotation at each joint; establishing an analytical formula for a bending moment at each joint through a principle of superposition; and finally, establishing an analytical formula for a mid-span vertical displacement of each span girder through a principle of virtual work. This method provides an analytical formula with exact solutions for prismatic girder bridges which have equal side spans yet have any number of spans.

The hybrid forming system includes an additive forming device, a laser-assisted cold spraying (LACS) device and a workbench. The additive forming device and the LACS device are located above the workbench. During manufacturing, the additive forming device forms a part to be formed on the workbench layer by layer, and the LACS device performs coating peening treatment on inner and outer surfaces of the part to be formed during the forming process, thereby jointly completing the composite manufacturing of the part to be formed. The present invention makes full use of the rapid prototyping advantage of the short-flow AM process, and integrates the surface coating peening process into the hybrid forming system.
