Abstract: Disclosed are a method and a device for determining a task-driven pruning module, and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes: obtaining an input task and a task quantity of a neural network to be pruned, and output information of a component module of the neural network to be pruned; determining a task correlation degree of the component module according to the input task, the task quantity and the output information; determining an input information retention degree of the component module according to the task quantity and the output information; determining an importance index value of the component module according to the task correlation degree and the input information retention degree; and determining the pruning module in the neural network to be pruned according to the importance index value.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for the placement of elongate medical members within a patient’s body using coaptive ultrasound that combines magnetic guidance with ultrasound visualization of the medical member in the patient’s body. A coaptive ultrasound probe adaptor magnetically attracts an elongate medical member within the patient with sufficient force so as to allow the operator to manually guide the member to its intended location. The adaptor mates with an ultrasound probe to provide the medical operator ultrasound feedback of the position of the member, thus allowing internal placement without the need for more specialized medical equipment.
Abstract: Systems for, and methods of, detecting an attack on an optical communication channel are presented. The techniques can include sending, from a sender to a receiver, and over the optical communication channel, an optical signal, where the optical signal includes a classical optical signal representing first information and a quantum optical signal representing second information. The techniques can include detecting, by the receiver, third information from at least a portion of the quantum optical signal and sending, by the receiver to the sender, the third information. The techniques can include determining, by the sender, an indication of an attack on the optical communication channel based on at least a portion of the second information and the third information. The techniques can include triggering an alarm based on the determining.

Abstract: An ultra-high speed laser cladding device and a process based on the dual suppression of magnetic force and centrifugal force are provided, including a laser generator, a spectrometer, a powder device, a rotary tool and a magnetic field generator. The substrate is installed in the rotary tooling, through the driving device to rotate it. The magnetic field generator is used to generate a magnetic field in the rotary cylinder. The laser generator produces the first laser beam and the second laser beam with different energy through the spectrometer. They are both focused on the surface of the substrate. The powder conveyed by the powder device is sprayed to the surface of the substrate, laser cladded by the first laser beam and the second laser beam. The gas can quickly escape to ensure the density of the cladding layer and reduce the porosity.

Abstract: A spatial auto-correlation clustering method for a remote correlation mode. By taking the degree of remote correlation between each spatial grid cell and an adjacent cell thereof into consideration, and on the basis of the definition of a local Moran index, an original value of a correlation coefficient is used without performing centralization processing, thereby improving a local Moran index calculation formula to obtain a new local indicator of spatial auto-correlation (LISAAC), such that the detection of a significant positive or negative remote correlation aggregation range is realized, and the identification of an abnormal value (that is, a non-significant or negative-value grid appears in a significant positive-value area, and a non-significant or positive-value grid appears in a significant negative-value area) is realized.
Abstract: The present invention provides a spectrum sensing apparatus including a receiver which receives an analog signal in a frequency band of interest; an ADC(Analog Digital Caonverter) which samples the analog signal to output a digital signal; a correlator which performs the auto-correlation of the digital signal to output a correlation function; and a controller which generates an image pattern corresponding to the correlation function and identifies whether to occupy the frequency band of interest according to the image pattern.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fire source detection method and device under the condition of a small sample size, and a storage medium, and belongs to the field of target detection and industrial deployment. The method includes the steps of acquiring fire source image data from an industrial site; constructing a fire source detection model; inputting the fire source image data to the fire source detection model, and analyzing the fire source image data via the fire source detection model to obtain a detection result, where the detection result includes a specific location, precision and type of a fire source. By means of the method, the problems of insufficient sample capacity and difficulty in training under the condition of a small sample size are solved, and different enhancement methods are used to greatly increase the number and quality of samples and improve the over-fitting ability of models.
Abstract: Disclosed is an automatic parsing and path analysis method for a unit test code structure. The method comprises: acquiring compiled byte codes according to a language of a test program; traversing the complied byte codes, making instrumentation codes respectively in front of important statements, and acquiring node information and a small-segment path set (SSPS); analyzing the SSPS, replacing a part therein comprising nesting to obtain a SSPS excluding nesting as a basis, initializing a path table among the nodes, updating the path table by utilizing a depth-first algorithm, and obtaining path sets according to the path table; if all the path sets have been updated, returning to continuously update the path table; and outputting the acquired path sets and a program flowchart CFG obtained by analysis. The method above is capable of acquiring the path sets efficiently, thereby improving the capability of processing path analysis in actual software unit test.

Abstract: Systems and methods herein provide for adaptive subband compression of power signals in a power system. In one embodiment, a system includes an encoder is operable to partition sensor measurements into frequency subbands (e.g., including an interharmonic subband), centered at integer multiples of the power system's fundamental frequency (e.g., 50 Hz or 60 Hz). The encoder may also be operable to detect active subbands, and to compress the at least one active subband. The system also includes a data concentrator operable to transmit the at least one compressed subband to a processor for analysis. The system also includes a decoder at a processing location (a substation, a concentrator, or the control center) operable to parse the compressed waveforms into subbands, to interpolate and decompress at least one compressed subband, and to synthesize the decompressed subbands as an approximation of the original waveform (e.g., subject to reconstruction error requirements).
Abstract: This patent discloses novel design and implementations of high-performance and scalable Montgomery modular multiplier circuits by utilizing and developing a combination of optimization techniques and dataflow transformations including use of carry-save compressions, multiplier decomposition using a radix of 2m, multiplicand decomposition using a radix of 2w, parallelization of computations of the quotient and intermediate results in each iteration of the Montgomery modular multiplication, replacement of multiplications and additions in each iteration with simple encoding and compression operations, and correction of potential overflows in intermediate results by doing a simple 2-bit addition.
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a scheduler in a real time operating system for a central processing unit (CPU) that runs a number of, and diverse set of processes in a ready queue, the scheduler when executed by the CPU performs steps including dividing the ready queue of P processes into two lists, list 1 contains n processes while list 2 contains m processes, where n+m=P, averaging total execution times of the processes in each list, generating a first quantum s based on an average of each list, generating a second quantum t based on the average of each list, comparing total execution time of a candidate process which needs to be assigned to the CPU with the quantum values, and assigning the value of a quantum, based on the comparing, that is the quantum value closest to the total execution time of the candidate process, to that process as a time period for running on the CPU.

Abstract: An autofocus system includes a focus light source, an objective lens, a defocus lens, a first image sensor, and a controller. The defocus lens is disposed on the transmission path of the focus light beam, so that a minimum light point of the focus light beam passing through the objective lens deviates from a focus of the objective lens. The first image sensor is configured to receive a focus reflected light beam generated after the focus light beam is reflected by the sample. The controller is electrically connected to the first image sensor. According to a center change of gravity, a position change, or an energy change of a light spot formed by the focus reflected light beam on an image plane of the first image sensor, the controller drives the objective lens or the sample to move, so that the focus of the objective lens falls on the sample.
