Abstract: An integrated circuit includes: a cell array including a plurality of memory cells in a plurality of first rows and a plurality of write assistance cells in at least one second row; a plurality of word lines respectively extending on the plurality of first rows; at least one write assistance line respectively extending on the at least one second row; and a row driver connected to the plurality of word lines and the at least one write assistance line, the row driver being configured to, during a write operation, activate at least one of the plurality of write assistance cells through the at least one write assistance line, wherein each of the plurality of write assistance cells includes the same transistor configuration as each of the plurality of memory cells and has the same footprint as each of the plurality of memory cells.

Abstract: Disclosed are an encryption and decryption method and device based on bit permutation and bit transformation. Abstract: The disclosure relates to the field of electronic materials, and in particular to a composite film of fluorinated polybenzoxazole (6FPBO) and triple-shelled mesoporous silica hollow spheres, and to its preparation and use. The composite film comprises fluorinated polybenzoxazole as a matrix and amino-functionalized triple-shelled mesoporous silica hollow spheres which are dispersed in the fluorinated polybenzoxazole matrix. A mass ratio of (amino-functionalized triple-shelled mesoporous silica hollow spheres)/(fluorinated polybenzoxazole) is 1/100 to 5/100. The composite film has excellent thermal stability and a lower dielectric constant.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides modified microRNA nucleic acid compositions that have one or more cytosine and/or uracil bases replaced with gemcitabine or a 5-halouracil, respectively. More specifically, the present disclosure reveals that the replacement of cytosine nucleotides within a microRNA nucleotide sequence with a gemcitabine molecule increases the ability of the microRNA to inhibit cancer progression and tumorigenesis. In addition, the present disclosure reveals that the replacement of cytosine nucleotides within a microRNA nucleotide sequence with a gemcitabine molecule and replacement of uracil bases with 5-halouracil increases the ability of the microRNA to inhibit cancer development. As such, the present disclosure provides various modified nucleic acid (e.g., microRNA) compositions having gemcitabine molecules incorporated in their nucleic acid sequences and methods for using the same.

The cellulose-containing biomass material is one or more derived from biomass materials containing cellulose components from natural plants or animals. Nanoscale celluloses are present on a surface of the surface-nanocrystallized cellulose-containing biomass material, and a portion of hydroxyl groups in the cellulose structure has been converted to carboxyl groups, such that the surface-nanocrystallized cellulose-containing biomass material has high specific surface area, high surface activity, and high crystallinity. Thus, the present application provides an excellent raw material for the further processing of biomass materials.

Abstract: A continuous-variable quantum key distribution (CV-QKD) method and system is provided. The CV-QKD method includes: step 1: transmitting a quantum signal and a local oscillation signal synchronously based on time and polarization multiplexing, and performing detection to obtain detection data; and step 2: compensating for the detection data based on a phase compensation algorithm and public data. In this way, a phase can be compensated accurately in channel fading, so as to improve performance of the CV-QKD system.
