    Abstract: An integrated chemical looping combustion (CLC) electrical power generation system and method for diesel fuel combining four primary units including: gasification of diesel to ensure complete conversion of fuel, chemical looping combustion with supported nickel-based oxygen carrier on alumina, gas turbine-based power generation and steam turbine-based power generation is described. An external combustion and a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) are employed to maximize the efficiency of a gas turbine generator and steam turbine generator. The integrated CLC system provides a clean and efficient diesel fueled power generation plant with high CO2 recovery.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a label-free aptamer electrochemical sensor of ?-interferon based on a dendrimer/gold nanoparticle/molybdenum disulfide nanocomposite is provided. The nanocomposite is drip-coated on a surface of an electrode to prepare a modified electrode, and a terminal sulfhydryl group of a ?-interferon aptamer chain is connected to the gold nanoparticle via Au—S bond to obtain a nanocomposite-aptamer modified electrode. When ?-interferon is present, the ?-interferon specifically binds to the aptamer chain on the sensor, resulting in the aptamer's hairpin structure being opened and stretched, which can effectively adsorb methylene blue MB in the electrolyte, causing significant enhancement of MB redox signal. A linear relationship between a current intensity of MB oxidation peak and a concentration of the ?-interferon is fitted to construct the label-free aptamer electrochemical sensor of ?-interferon.

    Abstract: New synthetic methods to provide access to previously unexplored functionality at the C8 position of imidazotetrazines. Through synthesis and evaluation of a suite of compounds with a range of aqueous stabilities (from 0.5 to 40 hours), a predictive model for imidazotetrazine hydrolytic stability based on the Hammett constant of the C8 substituent was derived. Promising compounds were identified that possess activity against a panel of GBM cell lines, appropriate hydrolytic and metabolic stability, and brain-to-serum ratios dramatically elevated relative to TMZ, leading to lower hematological toxicity profiles and superior activity to TMZ in a mouse model of GBM.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a large-current power supply and a constant-current control method and system thereof. The large-current power supply provided by the present invention includes: a primary power supply, an energy-feedback circuit and a direct-current (DC) large-current generator; the energy-feedback circuit includes a freewheel diode and a magnetic reset winding; and a secondary coil of the DC large-current generator is connected to a load. Without an output rectifier diode and a filter capacitor at a load end of the large-current power supply provided by the present invention, the power consumption problem of the output rectifier diode at a large current is unnecessarily considered, and an electrolytic capacitor does not need to be used for filtration; and therefore, the service life of the power supply is greatly prolonged, a larger current is output easily by extending, and the power supply has the advantages of simple circuit, small size, easy control and high working reliability.

    Abstract: A method for identifying a medium structure coupling and a fracture network morphology of a shale gas reservoir includes the following steps. Firstly, performing a fracturing test on shale cores by using a modified Brazilian disc test and categorizing the fracture network morphology. Secondly, performing a shale matrix-fracture structure and stress sensitivity test on the shale cores having different fracture network morphology. After that, determining a stress sensitivity constant of different fracture network morphology according to indoor core data and finally preparing an identification chart of the fracture network morphology based on an indoor core stress sensitivity text combined with a production practice. The identification chart can be applied to an actual fracturing well, and the fracture network morphology is directly identified by a real-time effective stress and a normalized flow.

The cargo moiety is then released from the cyclization precursor compound in a unimolecular cyclization reaction. Methods for treating conditions such as cancer, inflammatory conditions, and infections with the chemical delivery systems are also described.
