Abstract: Techniques are described for using a supplemental data layer of a real time payments channel to send data. For example, an entity may request a transaction with another entity, and the transaction may be performed using a channel that includes a supplemental data layer. Supplemental data, in addition to the data for the transaction itself, may be communicated using the supplemental data layer to entities involved in the transaction, and/or to third parties. The supplemental data may be sent in real time with respect to the sending of the data for the transaction. In some instances, supplemental data layer is present in one or both directions in the two-way communications between the entities involved in the transaction. The supplemental data layer can be leveraged to provide additional information and/or services to a user involved in the transaction.

Abstract: Authentication techniques are described to allow a person to be authenticated to interact with an organization, where a type of authentication can be determined based on an environment in which the person is located. For example, an authentication server can collect a status information related to a safety setting of a mobile device. The safety setting can be enabled, e.g., if a person is driving a vehicle. When enabled, the safety setting can prevent the person from performing one or more operations on the mobile device. Based on the collected status information, the authentication server can request the person to provide user information via the mobile device so that the authentication server can determine whether the person is authenticated to interact with an organization.

Abstract: Implementations of the present disclosure are directed to providing remote access to electronic documents stored in a server system using a virtual secure room, and include actions of authenticating a user at least partially based on credentials of the user, at least partially in response to authenticating the user, providing a secure connection between a computing device of the user and the server system, transmitting at least one electronic document for display to the user on the computing device, monitoring the user, while the at least one electronic document is displayed to the user on the computing device, and selectively closing the secure connection in response to one or more of at least one activity and at least one state of the user.

Abstract: The described payment splitting technology can enable a person to split a cost of a product over a number of payments. For example, mobile device can receive a code for a product, receive an indication via the display of the mobile device that a person wants to split the cost of the product, and send a payment split indicator to a point of sale (POS) device. The POS device can scan the product, determine a cost for the product, receive the payment spilt indicator, and send the cost and the payment split indicator to a server where the transaction for the product can be authorized and the splitting of the payment can be approved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system that includes one or more processors configured to receive a plurality of aerial property data corresponding to a target property, and applying a height threshold to the plurality of aerial property images. Additionally, the system is configured to remove areas within the plurality of property images that exceed the height threshold, and apply a perimeter calculation to define a perimeter around the target property within the aerial property images. Further, the system calculates an area of the detected vegetation and structures within the perimeter of the aerial property images.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a system including a communication component and a processor coupled to the communication component. The processor may collect user input data indicative of skills for providing vehicle towing services from users, receive driving behavior data associated with each user, build a model indicative of an expected location of each user based on the user input data and the driving behavior data, receive a request for a vehicle towing service associated with a vehicle from a computing device, identify a user for performing the vehicle towing service based on the driving behavior data, send a notification to an additional computing device to request a confirmation that the user agrees to perform the vehicle towing service, send a location of the vehicle to the additional computing device, and transfer a digital key to the additional computing device to access the vehicle.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods capable of establishing a communication session between a customer and an analyst. The contents of the communication session are analyzed to make recommendations of goods and services to the customer. Otherwise, the communication session may be redirected from one channel, for example, chatting to another channel, for example, voice call, to another analyst. The customer's information and the communication session details are retained, and provided to another analyst before the customer is redirected. Such systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products use real-time machine learning scoring algorithm to determine which analyst the customers should be transferred to, and thereby saving a lot of time for both the analysts and the customers, and significantly reduce misroutes by eliminating human errors.

Abstract: A method and system of reducing noise associated with telephony-based activities occurring in shared workspaces is provided. An end-user may lower their own voice to a whisper or other less audible or intelligible utterances and submit such low-quality audio signals to an automated speech recognition system via a microphone. The words identified by the automated speech recognition system are provided to a speech synthesizer, and a synthesized audio signal is created artificially that carries the content of the original human-produced utterances. The synthesized audio signal is significantly more audible and intelligible than the original audio signal. The method allows customer support agents to speak at barely audible levels yet be heard clearly by their customers.

Abstract: A method may include receiving, via a processor, a request for payment of a payment amount from a first computing system. The method may also involve receiving a location of the first computing system, identifying one or more automatic teller machines (ATMs) based on the location of the first computing system, generating an image configured to cause the one or more ATMs to dispense funds that correspond to the payment amount, and sending the image to the first computing system.

The health analysis system comprises a memory and a processor. The memory is configured to store instructions that cause the processor to receive the sensed data from the device, analyze the sensed data to determine health trend data for the individual, retrieve group health trend data associated with the health trend data for the individual, generate a predicted health trend for the individual based at least in part on a comparison between the health trend data for the individual and the group health trend data, and adjust offered products, premiums, or both, based on predicted health trend for the individual.

Abstract: Utility programs run on multiple mainframes to periodically monitor a list of started tasks that have been defined in metadata files as running on each mainframe. Some of the utility programs is largely driven by metadata, and filters programmed to manage an output stream for each started task, as the output stream is generated, while remaining agnostic as to an origin of the output stream. When problems are detected in the output stream, users are notified via alerts, along with a suggestion of what to do. This batch dashboard application can be used by anyone with mainframe started tasks that need to be monitored. Once alerted to a problem, the users can logon to the online dashboard for that same list of started tasks and take actions to research and fix the problems.
