Abstract: A system and method for disabling distracting apps on a driver's personal devices while allowing passengers travelling in the same vehicle to have full use of their personal devices. The system works by first identifying all the personal devices that are in the vehicle and then establishing a loose mesh network between those devices. Once the mesh network is established, the system identifies which of the personal devices is associated with the driver, and ensures that any distracting apps on the driver's personal device are disabled, while allowing full functionality for any passenger's personal devices.

Abstract: An automated teller system is provided that includes a user interface configured to receive user input, a bill counter configured to assemble cash, and a sanitizer configured to receive the cash in a sanitized condition and dispense the cash in the sanitized condition via an access port. The automated teller system also includes one or more processors and memory storing machine-readable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, are configured to cause the one or more processors to control the bill counter to assemble the cash based on a withdrawal request, the withdrawal request received as the user input via the user input, to control sanitization of the cash by the sanitizer to provide the cash in the sanitized condition and to control the cash dispenser to dispense the cash in the sanitized condition via the access port.

Abstract: A non-fungible management system may generate non-fungible tokens based on credential data of a user. In one example, a non-fungible token can be generated responsive to receiving credential data for the user, whereby the credential data is received from a verified credentialing organization. Non-fungible tokens based on credential data can be held in a digital wallet of the user, used as a resume or record of achievement, and/or traded in a marketplace.

Abstract: A health data management method using non-fungible tokens may include receiving, via one processor, digital health data and encrypting or obscuring personal identifying information of the digital health data. The method may then involve using the digital health data with encrypted or obscured personal identifying information to generate a non-fungible token and providing the non-fungible tokens in a marketplace. The method may also involve accepting an offer from a purchaser for the non-fungible token via the marketplace and providing unobscured digital health data or an encryption key to the purchaser of the non-fungible token.

Abstract: A user may provide a financial card to an automated teller machine (ATM) or point of sale (POS) terminal and may be authenticated by providing a gesture and/or an image selection via a mobile device to the ATM or the POS. The gesture and/or image selection may be provided using a touchscreen of the mobile device. The gesture and/or image provided by the user via the mobile device may be compared to a stored gesture and/or image provided by the user during an earlier registration of the financial card. If there is a match between the gesture and/or image provided by the user via the mobile device and the previously stored gesture and/or image, then the user is authenticated and may access an account associated with the financial card.

Abstract: System, methods, and apparatus for determining a foundation profile of a floor and/or a room profile of a room based on information obtained by a scanner device. For example, a scanner device can perform a scan operation of at least one floor in at least one room, generate a foundation profile that describes at least an area underneath the at least one floor based on the scan operation, and generate and send, to a server, a message comprising the foundation profile for the at least one floor and a location of the building. The server can receive the message, determine, based on the location of the building, an account identifier that uniquely identifies an account associated with the building, and store the foundation profile for the at least one floor in a database in a location associated with the account identifier.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide a monitoring algorithm that ensures that each step of an automated virtual machine reclamation process executes correctly before moving on to the next step. After each step of the process, some implementations can determine whether the resulting data is correct. If the resulting data is incorrect, some implementations can initially revert any fields updated by the process to their correct value. Some implementations can further decide whether to resubmit the virtual machine for reclamation automatically, or queue it for manual review based on, for example, multiple or repeated failures, server or data center failures, etc. Thus, some implementations can not only automate each step of the reclamation process, but also provide process evaluation and error detection for the reclamation process.

The client device conducts, via the telephony radio, a call with a telephony service. Further the client device identifies a context of the call, identifies a subset of stored private data associated with the context of the call; and in parallel with the call, provides the subset of the stored private data, via a data radio, to a data service.

Abstract: Implementations configure hologram interactions with vehicle passengers. A hologram manager can configure a hologram to interact with vehicle passengers, alleviate danger, and/or guide vehicle passengers to safety. The hologram manager can select an input modality for the hologram according to sensed conditions. For example, the hologram manager can determine a state of impairment for a passenger using sensed data and machine learning model(s). The hologram manager can then select an input modality according to the state of impairment. The generated hologram can be configured by the hologram manager to interact with the passenger using the selected input modality. For example, an instruction manager can generate a set of instructions using sensed and/or gathered information, and the hologram manager can configure the hologram to provide the instructions to the passenger using the input modality.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to system that includes a database including data associated with one or more building features of a building. The system includes a processor of a computing device. The processor is configured to determine an absolute position of the computing device within the building. The processor is configured to identify at least one of the building features located within a threshold distance of the absolute position of the computing device based on a query of the database. Additionally, the processor is configured to generate an alert configured to cause the computing device to display information associated with the at least one of the building features or output an audible signal associated with the at least one of the building features.

Abstract: A method of determining a physical location for an address. The method includes receiving from a first global positioning system on a vehicle a first set of global positioning data indicative of a vehicle location. The method may also receive from a second global positioning system on a portable electronic device a second set of global positioning data indicative of a portable electronic device location. The method may also receive a set of location metadata associated with a picture. The method determines a residence location from the first set of global positioning data, the second set of global positioning data, or the set of location metadata. The method then associates the physical location to the address.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for identifying, tagging and reporting hazardous drivers in the vicinity of a host vehicle. A system comprises a sensor array on the host vehicle for detecting one or more adjacent vehicles in a vicinity of the host vehicle, a host display inside the host vehicle visible to the occupant of the host vehicle, and at least one adjacent vehicle display inside the one or more an adjacent vehicles visible to at least one adjacent vehicle occupant of the one or more adjacent vehicles. A server electronically coupled to the sensor array and the host display is configured to facilitate identification and tagging.

Abstract: An automated banking terminal for facilitating a financial transaction is provided. The automated banking terminal includes a processor, a display for presenting a set of customer menu options, and a communication interface. The automated banking terminal also includes expansion slots which have a mechanical interface and an electrical interface. Expansion modules may be connected to the processor through the expansion slots. An expansion module may be a cash dispensing module, a cash receiving and counting module, a check receiving module, a printer, a scanner, a biometric interface, a signature pad, an account card reader, or an account card programmer. The processor of the automated banking terminal is configured to detect the expansion module and determine additional menu options to supplement the customer menu options based on detecting the expansion module.

Abstract: A gaze detection and application system can determine gaze points for user gazes, determine the contexts of gaze points, and customize contents on display devices, such as by making them visible. The gaze detection and application system can use camera devices to determine a display point (the “gaze point”) corresponding to where a user is currently gazing at in real-time on a display device. In some implementations, the gaze detection and application system can determine whether the gaze point is in proximity to sensitive contents hidden on the display device. The gaze detection and application system can identify subjects within a camera frame and can determine whether the identified subjects are permitted to access the sensitive contents. If the subjects are permitted, then the gaze detection and application system can make the sensitive contents visible on the display device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for secure logon. One or more method includes: determining, via authentication information provided by a user of an electronic device, that the user is authorized to access an online account provided by the online account provider; providing the user with a selectable option to enable an expedited logon process by which the user can access the online account by solely providing a particular authentication item of the user; receiving a verification credential in response to a next logon attempt using the expedited logon process; and verifying that the received verification credential matches an assigned verification credential provided to the user for use in conjunction with the next logon attempt using the expedited logon process.

Abstract: A method for detecting computer issues includes identifying a target computer system. A first set of data for a first time period relating an operating metric from the target computer system are received. The operating metric is stored. A second set of data for a second time period relating to the operating metric is received. The first and second sets of data are compared. A difference between the two sets of data is identified. If the difference between the two sets of data is within a range a warning notification is displayed in a graphical user interface. An input is received in the graphical user interface in response to the warning notification being displayed.

Abstract: Methods and systems described herein are directed to creating customized queries on data sets via selection of search elements based on meta-data from data set registrations. In some implementations, an automatic query system can register database elements with associated meta-data by receiving programming data objects, corresponding to database elements, with meta-data and adding the programming objects as selectable values for a user interface (UI). Each data object can define one or more elements for a table and/or column(s) within a table in a database. The automatic query system can provide the UI to a user to receive table and column selections. The automatic query system can select a root table to join the selected tables into, and generate a join query for the root table by inserting search string snippets, corresponding to selected tables and columns, into a query template.

Abstract: The technology described includes an adaptive probability matrix that creates a notification schedule. The schedule can be used to send reminders to users to press a physical, connected device/button, that when pressed or clicked, causes money to be transferred according to a set of rules (i.e., a “one-click” transfer of funds).

Abstract: Embodiments described herein disclose methods and systems for managing a digital reputation of a user. The exemplary method can receive information about an item to be purchased by the user, determine in real-time or near real-time, based on one or more financial factors, a first digital reputation score indicative of an effect of the item on the user's digital reputation, determine an alternative item to be purchased instead of the item to be purchased, and determine a second digital reputation score based on the purchase of the alternative item.
