Abstract: Techniques are described for managing cookies, including separately managing cookie data associated with different browser tabs. Cookie management includes the isolation of whitelisted cookies from server responses into background storage and then back onto server requests, removing those cookies from the response header and thus from the cookie store. This isolation is managed with the concept of tab ownership between parent and child tabs to maintain isolation separately for each owner (e.g., the parent) and its children. Exposure to client pages is handled by placing those cookies into a keyed location in session storage for every tab where that cookie is to be visible. An event is then triggered for that client page to let it know that session storage has been updated.

Abstract: A system may include a database that has a number of datasets regarding a number of commercial items. The system may also include a processor that may communicative couple to a mobile electronic device. The processor may receive an image of a commercial item from the mobile electronic device, determine an identity of the commercial item based on the image and the number of datasets in the database, and determine one or more information links relevant to the commercial item based on the identity. The one or more information links may display information regarding the commercial item. The processor may then send the one or more information links to a mobile electronic device. The mobile electronic device may then display the one or more information links with the image.

Abstract: Remote deposit of checks can be facilitated by a financial institution. A customer's general purpose computer and image capture device may be leveraged to capture an image of a check and deliver the image to financial institution electronics. Additional data for the transaction may be collected as necessary. The transaction can be automatically accomplished utilizing the images and data thus acquired.

Abstract: A method and system of increasing the security of requests to access funds from a joint bank account by secondary users in order to permit a primary user to securely regulate fund usage are disclosed. The system and method are configured to link to a bank account and restrict the access of funds by secondary users per conditions defined by the primary user(s). An application can be accessed via a computing device that receives requests for funds from secondary users and requires the secondary user to also submit a digital image or video that supports their proposed transaction. The request will only be conveyed to the primary user if the necessary digital verification is received by the system.

Abstract: A tangible, non-transitory machine-readable medium includes machine-readable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive historical driver data indicative of one or more physiological parameters of one or more drivers during one or more prior driving trips, receive historical position data indicative of a respective position of a respective vehicle driven by the one or more drivers during the one or more prior driving trips, establish a correlation between the historical driver data and the historical position data, and identify one or more low-stress road segments using the correlation between the historical driver data and the historical position data.

Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure are directed at developing a life planner for a user based on data collected from various data sources. The life plan is displayed using a timeline that includes events generated from the collected data. As additional data is received, the timeline is updated to reflect the changes or additions to the data. In some embodiments, the life plan includes recommendations and predictions pertaining to a financial plan for the user based on his or her expenses and income.

Abstract: A system may include sensors that may acquire health data related to an individual. The system may also include a processor that may receive trip data associated with a current location of the individual and a destination location for the individual, traffic condition data associated with routes between the current location and the destination location, and weather related data associated with the routes. The processor may also receive the health data from the sensors and determine whether the individual is associated with a driver assessment score above a threshold based on the trip data, the traffic condition data, the weather data, the health data, or any combination thereof. The processor may then send an activation signal to a vehicle control system in response to the driver assessment score being above the threshold, such that the activation signal may enable the vehicle control system to control operations of a vehicle.

Abstract: A computer device and method for processing data to detect modifications to insured property. Received is specification data regarding modifications to be made to insured property in connection with an insurance claim. Also received is data from one or more sensor devices associated with the insured property indicative of a status regarding modifications made to the insured property. Analysis is performed on the received specification and data to determine whether one or more predefined conditions for the insurance claim is satisfied regarding the modifications to be made to the insured property.

Abstract: Secure cash deposit containers, such as secure cash bags or secure cash boxes equipped with an integrated bill scanner and a transmitter. The integrated bill scanner may receive and count the bills, and then store them in the secure cash deposit container. A transmitter in communication with the scanner may then transmit a report to the bank servicing the commercial establishment's cash deposit account. The bank may then automatically credit the amount reported by the scanner to the commercial establishment cash deposit account. The amount credited may be subject to further verification, for example, by a bank teller or by a bank's automated cash counting and sorting machines.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and products described herein include a server, which receives a request from a user's electronic client device. The server may query web pages and determine if the web pages comply with the compliance rules. When the web pages do not comply with the compliance rules, the server may generate an analysis report on the web pages and send the analysis report to the user. After the user reviews the report and chooses the trouble web pages, the server sends review alerts to the points of contact, such as the product owners and other stakeholders. The product owner may more easily be able to take proper actions and better manage the websites by refreshing noncompliant or incorrect content. In this way, the systems and methods allow product owners and users to manage and/or curate the content of web pages more systematically and automatically.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and systems for providing access to external client machine via a domain name system (DNS) of an internal network. A distributed DNS service maintains distributed DNS entries as external clients log on and/or log off of the internal network. In this manner, internal systems within the internal network may access distributed client devices via the internal network DNS.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises a server, which receive a request from a user's electronic client device. The server understands the intention of the user by determining an attribute associated with the request. The server further determines a sentiment value and routes the request to a call center computing system if the sentiment value satisfies a threshold; otherwise, the server determines to route the request to one of virtual assistant servers. The server selects a virtual assistant server whose subject matter best matches the attribute of the request. The server may also select a virtual assistant server based on other information, such as user's previous selection of virtual assistant servers, a time value, or a confidence value. The selected virtual assistant provides a response corresponding to the request.

Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed that enables payment option selection by receiving a location of the electronic device from a location sensor and determines a retailer associated with the location. The electronic device stores a mobile wallet that in turn stores multiple payment options. The electronic device then determines discounts, rewards, or both, for the payment options, and compares the discounts, rewards, or both for the payment options to determine a recommended payment option. The electronic device enables selection of the recommended payment option to perform a transaction with the retailer, and performs the transaction using the recommended payment option in response to the selection of the recommended payment option.

Abstract: Smart fuel dispensing techniques utilize telematics data to initiate fueling sessions. Techniques can receive telematics data including identification data for a vehicle, determine a fuel type based on the vehicle identification data, determine a scope of fueling permissions associated with the vehicle identification data, and initiate a fueling session based on the scope of fueling permissions.

Abstract: In one embodiment, one or more non-transitory, computer-readable mediums store computer instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to receive inputs from one or more request sources. The inputs include user credentials to an electronic medical record (EMR) source provider system. The computer instructions, when executed by the processor, also cause the processor to validate the credentials via communication with the EMR source provider system without an external authorization process, retrieve one or more EMRs from the EMR source provider system after the credentials are validated by the EMR source provider system, and store the one or more EMRs in a single data repository.

Abstract: Data analysis, filter, and presentation techniques are described for an example call management system. An example method for a data management system includes receiving, from a user device, an account identifier of a first person, receiving, from the user device, a first message related to a topic of conversation to be discussed during a telephone call with the first person, determining, based on the account identifier and within a pre-determined time period, a presence of a set of data that describes conversation(s) from prior telephone call(s)/chat(s) with the first person, and sending, to a computer, at least some data from the set of data and a second message that indicates that the telephone call is mapped to a second person, where the computer is configured to display on a screen the second message and a presentation option that presents the at least some data via the computer.

Abstract: Techniques are described for capturing an image of a document or other type of physical object, and presenting the image in a user interface (UI) with an overlay that includes context information regarding the document or other physical object in the image. An application running on a portable computing device receives an image of the document that is captured using a camera of the device. The application may perform an initial analysis to identify one or more data elements present in the document, such as certain words, phrases, paragraphs, and so forth. The data elements can be uploaded to a remote service that analyzes the data elements and returns context data which is presented as an overlay to the image of the document. The context data can then be presented in an overlay to the presented image of the physical object.

Abstract: A keyboard detection system, that includes a processor that operates to detect at least one anomaly in input data and determine a correlation between the at least one anomaly and a characteristic of an inconsistent keyboard type. The processor may operate to determine the correlation between the at least one anomaly and the characteristic of the inconsistent keyboard type based on a lookup table or algorithm.

Abstract: A system and method for locating electronic devices and establishing peer to peer communication with electronic devices, such as a currency exchange unit, using a beacon, is disclosed. The method may include determining a location of the currency exchange unit; generating a message indicating a location of the currency exchange unit and the availability of a variety of different currencies; and managing currency exchanges with various mobile devices.

Abstract: Systems and methods simulate call centers networks and call loads to test load balancing and routing. Performance can be logged to memorialize the load balancing and routing techniques' handling of different loads. This allows the testing of new algorithms or architectures and stress testing of existing architectures in non-production environments. Load balancing can be based on a call score, and routing can invoke proprietary routing protocols.
