The alert may indicate a status of the expected savings balance via an electronic display of the computing device.

Abstract: In various embodiments, a method for maintaining and analyzing a rolling history of performance data for a computer network is described. In one embodiment, one year's data is stored, sorted by object and date. New data is appended to the end of the file each day and an index by object is stored. Using this method, data for twelve full months can be provided in object order, and data for one partial month that was added daily in date order can also be provided.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein disclose technology for allocating funds related to one or more in-game purchases when users interact with a gaming application. Based on the interactions of a user with the gaming application running on a client device of the user, a gaming server receives information of an in-game purchase by the user. The gaming server notifies a second computer server of the in-game purchase which sends an activation link to the user. When the second computer detects selection of the activation link, funds are electronically transferred from the gaming application to one or more accounts. In some embodiments, the funds allocated to the one or more accounts can be a percentage of the in-game purchase amount.

Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure receive a call from a caller, generate a first session through a first channel associated with the caller when the call is received and then send a request for authentication credentials to a device associated with the caller. In some embodiments, sending the request for authentication credentials generates a second session through a second channel associated with the caller. The caller can be authenticated to the first session using communication received during the second session through the second channel.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods of executing scanning software, such an executable software program or script (e.g., PowerShell script), by a computing device of an enterprise, such as a security server, may instruct the computing device to search all or a subset of computing devices in an enterprise network. The scanning software may identify PowerShell scripts containing particular malware attributes, according to a malicious-code dataset. The computing system executing the scanning software may scan through the identified PowerShell scripts to identify particular strings, values, or code-portions, and take a remedial action according to the scanning software programming.

Abstract: A computer device and method for processing an insurance claim and making decisions regarding an insurance policy utilizing informatic data received from one or more informatic camera sensor devices configured to capture imagery data relating to an insured property. Analysis is performed on the received imagery informatic data to determine an assessment variable regarding the insured property. An insurance policy associated with the insured property is also received by the computer and analyzed to determine insurance coverage terms and conditions for the insured property. Predefined business rules are preferably applied by the computer using at least the determined assessment variable and the determined insurance coverage terms and conditions for the insured property to determine an event relating to the insurance policy associated with the insured property.

Abstract: A monitor device is configured to monitor a system, such as a utility system and/or appliance. The monitor device includes sensor(s) that measure characteristic(s) of the system, and data storage that stores parameter data that is provided from a remote service. The parameter data includes thresholds, signatures, and/or other information that describes a typical operational state of the system. The monitor device includes software that executes locally to compare current sensor data to the parameter data and determine whether the current operational state of the system is within the bounds of the typical state as defined by the parameter data. In instances where the current state is atypical, indicating a possible problem with the system, a notification can be sent describing the anomaly. The monitor device can also perform other action(s) to correct the problem or mitigate possible damage, and can operate autonomously if a network connection is unavailable.

Abstract: Techniques are described for routing service requests. Actions performed by an individual in an application are detected and used to determine a category of product or service that the individual is interested in. An activity record can be stored in an activity data store, the activity record identifying the individual and the category of interest determined for the individual. On subsequently receiving a service request from the individual, to an environment such as a call center, the activity record can be accessed and used to predict the individual's service need as corresponding to the category determined based on their previous actions. The service request is then automatically routed to a service representative who is suited to handle requests in that particular category. In some implementations, the category can be predicted and/or inferred based on the detected user activities in particular portions of the application.

Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure allow customers to personalize their phone experience when calling into an organization. In some embodiments, customers who may benefit from this service are identified based on the content of the customer's previous or current phone calls to the organization. The identified customers may be invited to enroll and to provide preferences for a customized Interactive Voice Response experience. In some embodiments, the customer can elect to hear the balances of one or more of his accounts without going through a phone menu or asking a representative to look up the relevant amounts. Once enrolled, when the customer dials into the organization and upon successful authentication, the organization proactively states the customer's account balances with no further customer request.

Abstract: A call center data transfer system includes one or more processors that are configured to receive call data related to information provided by a caller during a first portion of a call with a first customer service representative. The one or more processors are also configured to assign an identifier to the call in response to receipt of an indication that the call should be transferred from the first customer service representative, associate the identifier with the call data in one or more databases, receive the identifier as an input during a second portion of the call with a second customer service representative, and use the identifier to retrieve the call data from the one or more databases. The one or more processors are further configured to display the call data via a display for visualization by the second customer service representative.

Abstract: A conditions monitoring system may include a system controller. The controller may include a device processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium. The computer readable medium may include instructions executable by the device processor to perform the following steps: receiving positional data from a wearable device of a wearer; receiving physical data regarding the wearer from the wearable device; making a determination of a possible dangerous condition based on the data received from the wearable device; and providing instructions to the wearable device for the wearer to follow to avoid danger related to the dangerous condition.

Abstract: A system may include a headset display, a processor, and one or more image sensors configured to acquire property image data representative of a property determined to be damaged. The processor may receive the property image data and determine dimension data associated with the property using one or more optical sensors configured to measure a distance between two or more points on the property. The processor may then generate a visualization indicative of the dimension data and identify one or more documents associated with the property based on a detection of one or more key words. The processor may then generate one or more additional visualizations based on the one or more documents, generate overlaid visualizations by overlaying the visualization and the one or more additional visualizations on the property image data, and present the overlaid visualizations and the property image data via the headset display.

Abstract: Systems and methods for performing netting of business-to-business payments for settlement of running balances between parties are provided. To that end, blockchain infrastructures allow smart contracts that may be suitable for subrogation and netting operations, and the smart contracts that facilitate the operations. Application-programming interfaces (APIs) are provided that may be used to interact with the smart contracts.
