  • Patent number: 11159587
Abstract: A call forwarding device based on an IMS includes a terminal and an IMS communication system connected to the terminal. The IMS communication system is respectively connected to an IMS special service number device, an IMS user database and an IMS maintenance device. After the terminal establishes a communication with the IMS special service number device, a forwarding condition and a forwarding number set through an IVR, and a calling number and a called number of the terminal are saved in the IMS user database. When the calling number of the terminal dials the called number, the IMS communication system detects a status of the called number, and a communication is established between the calling number and the forwarding number of the terminal according to the forwarding condition.

  • Patent number: 11139065
Abstract: The current document is directed to a relationship-analysis system. The currently disclosed relationship-analysis system collects objective and subjective observations of participants, and their relationship, in an interaction or transaction. The objective and subjective observations are combined to generate an observation data set that is processed by a computational relationship-analysis system. The analysis produces a variety of different types of results, including trust metrics, and stores the results in memory and/or mass-storage for control of downstream analysis, reporting, and actions. Trust metrics provide a basis for carrying out numerous types of downstream actions and for generating recommendations and evaluations by various types of relationship-evaluation and relationship-management systems that employ the relationship-analysis system.

  • Patent number: 11122239
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for detecting and remedying potential incongruence in a video conference. A camera of a video conferencing system may capture video images of a conference room. A processor of the video conferencing system may identify locations of a plurality of participants within an image plane of a video image. Using face and shape detection, a location of a center point of each identified participant's torso may be calculated. A region of congruence bounded by key parallax lines may be calculated, the key parallax lines being a subset of all parallax lines running through the center points of each identified participant. When the audio device location is not within the region of congruence, audio captured by an audio device may be adjusted to reduce effects of incongruence when the captured audio is replayed at a far end of the video conference.

  • Patent number: 11019284
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments relate to the application of media effects, such as visual overlays, sound effects, etc. to a video conversation. A media effect may be applied as a reaction to an occurrence in the conversation, such as in response to an emotional reaction detected by emotion analysis of information associated with the video. Effect application may be controlled through gestures, such as applying different effects with different gestures, or canceling automatic effect application using a gesture. Effects may also be applied in group settings, and may affect multiple users. A real-time data channel may synchronize effect application across multiple participants. When broadcasting a video stream that includes effects, the three channels may be sent to an intermediate server, which stitches the three channels together into a single video stream; the single video stream may then be sent to a broadcast server for distribution to the broadcast recipients.

  • Patent number: 10992814
Abstract: A computing device can detect that a first call has taken place on a desk phone, which triggers recording of location-specific information indicating a location of the computing device. The location-specific information can be established as the base of the desk phone. Later, the computing device can again record location-specific information indicating a current location of the computing device and compare the current location of the computing device with the location-specific information for the location of the desk phone. When the current location of the computing device is substantially the same as the location of the desk phone, the computing device can enable computer telephony integration (CTI) controls on the computing device to control the desk phone.
