Once location has been established, the device can transmit and receive a variety of data based upon location, profile, and other factors, facilitating novel interactions and transactions.

Abstract: Certain exemplary embodiments described herein relate to digital downloading jukebox systems of the type that typically include a central server and remote jukebox devices that communicate with the central server for royalty accounting and/or content updates. More particularly, certain exemplary embodiments relate to jukebox systems that have revenue-enhancing features such as for example, music recommendation engines and bartender loyalty programs. Abstract: The present disclosure describes a communication system that includes communication circuitry and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to collect a piece of user information of a user via the communication circuitry, analyze the collected piece of user information to obtain a user preference of the user, and identify a piece of advertisement as targeting the user according to the user preference. The processing circuitry is further configured to generate a guidance message based on reason of promotion information stored in association with the piece of advertisement, transmit the guidance message to a client terminal of the user, and transmit the piece of advertisement to the client terminal. The guidance message and the piece of advertisement are to be output as vocalized speeches of a voice agent of the client terminal.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, devices, and techniques related to generating audiences for media campaigns based on previous consumer behavior. In some examples, a query is received from at least one provider device. The query may indicate at least one characteristic of interactions between consumer accounts and items offered by an online marketplace. Audience identifiers can be retrieved from at least one database corresponding to the query. In some cases, the audience identifiers indicate a set of consumer accounts that have previously interacted with one or more items according to the characteristic(s) specified by the query. An indication of the audience identifiers can be output to the provider.

Abstract: A gig parking system is provided with a mobile platform having a secure access mechanism permitting a trusted parking agent to gain control over the platform. The platform may include a location subsystem to determine the geographic location of the platform and a communications subsystem to transmit verification information including an identification code associated with the parking agent, an identification code associated with the vehicle, and geographic location. A parking software application may permit the selection the destination parking location from a plurality of potential destination parking locations, which may have weighted values with a corresponding reward, and which may be given to either, or both, the platform owner and the parking agent. The reward may be based upon additional factors, such as vehicle starting parking location, distance between starting and destination parking locations, travel time between starting and destination parking locations, time of day, and day of the week.

Abstract: Systems and methods for storing and distributing digital content using RFID tags are described. The systems contain a storage device for the digital content, a display device that provides an offer for the digital content, a capture device for accepting the offer, a distribution device for distributing the content to the user, and a receiving device for receiving the digital content. In some configurations, the display device can contain an RFID chip that places an RFID tag in the capture device. The RFID tag can be used to retrieve the digital content from the distribution device. In some configurations, the distribution device can be a kiosk and the capture device can be also be used as the receiving device to retrieve the digital content from the kiosk. This system allows the decision to obtain the digital content to be an impulse decision since the RFID tag can be quickly and easily be downloaded from the display device.
