Abstract: A hair styling device is described that has a handle, an elongated, substantially cylindrical, heatable rod providing a curling surface and supported by the handle, a heater for heating the curling surface, a support spaced apart from the curling surface, and a rotatable member rotatable relative to the curling surface for wrapping hair around and in contact with the curling surface. The device has an opening in the rotatable member for receiving a section of a user's hair, a motor for rotating the rotatable member, and a flexible, heat-resistant clamp supported by the support and extending from the support toward the curling surface for clamping hair against the curling surface.

Abstract: A method of extending eyelashes is described herein. Specifically, an adhesive-based method of extending eyelashes is disclosed. The method can comprise wearing a ring on a first hand and manipulating forceps with a second hand. The ring can comprise a bowl, while the bowl comprises eyelash adhesive. In addition, the method can comprise attaching tape, which can comprise adhesive, to a surface. Adhesive can attach a plurality of extension lashes to tape. Extension lashes from tape can be removed with forceps. Ring can be used to dip lashes into a portion of extension lash and attach eyelash extension to natural lash on user.

Abstract: The invention concerns a wig or lace wig cap, to be worn by the user underneath a wig or lace wig. The cap is comprised of a plurality of panels using stretchable and breathable material, an elasticized banding and a plurality of sew on snap fasteners affixed to, said banding to form the Press and Go Wig and Lace Wig Snap Cap. Cooperating snaps are then affixed to a wig or lace wig around the entire circumference of the outer inside wig weft, concealing the application process, thereby producing a comfortable, airy and secure fit to the user. An additional banding is included, affixed with a plurality of snap fasteners designed to fit cooperating snaps of a wig or lace wig. Also included is a tension strap affixed with two cooperating snap fasteners designed to be used as an adjustment strap to the cap banding or separate banding.

The first and second arms are arranged side-by-side and parallel to one another and extend substantially along a longitudinal axis of the device. The device includes at least one heating element for heating the first and/or second arm. At least the first arm includes a fixed hemi-arm that is solid with the handle and fixed in orientation and a mobile hemi-arm elastically supported by and movable relative to said fixed hemi-arm.

Abstract: An apparatus for cleaning chandeliers includes a hand-held tank for holding hot water and a base supporting the hand-held tank. The base has a hollow interior. The tank has sidewalls, at least one of which is transparent. An air and water pump and a battery are mounted in the hollow interior. The battery is in electrical communication with the pump. A first inlet admits ambient air into an inlet of the pump and a second inlet admits water into the inlet. At least one air and water-emitting nozzle is formed in a sidewall of the tank. A pump outlet is in open fluid communication with the at least one water-emitting nozzle. The at least one nozzle discharges agitating water and bubbles into the hot water or above the water line, depending upon the water depth, to help dislodge chemicals and grease from chandelier parts immersed in the hot water.

Abstract: A multi-color cosmetic packaging tin with a base, a bottom cover, a middle sleeve, a screw sleeve, a core post and an upper cover. The core post is a cylinder formed of a plurality of hollow bodies. The base is sleeved in the bottom cover and the screw sleeve is sleeved in the middle sleeve. A breach on the screw sleeve is matched with a button on the middle sleeve and the middle sleeve includes a screw sleeve sleeved on the base. The core post is sleeved in the base and a plurality of slide blocks are formed in respective longitudinal slots in the base. The upper cover is disposed on the middle sleeve and grooves in the upper cover are clamped with upper clamping rings of the middle sleeve.

The interior portion is softer than the frame portion and provided with an increased frictional surface when compared to said frame portion.

Abstract: A floss-dispensing toothbrush device stores and dispenses floss while also cleaning a person's tongue. The toothbrush device includes an elongated member having a head coupled to a handle. A top and bottom side of the handle define an interior space of the handle. A plurality of bristles is coupled to and extends from the head. A ridged surface extends across the head and is configured for cleaning a person's tongue. A floss housing is coupled to and positioned in a floss cavity within the interior space of the handle. The floss housing is configured for receiving floss. A conduit extends from the floss cavity wherein the conduit is configured for guiding the floss through the handle. An aperture is positioned in the handle and coupled to the conduit. The aperture is configured for receiving the floss from the conduit wherein a person palls the floss out from the aperture.

Abstract: A hair holder system featuring an outer component having a slot disposed therein and an insertion component that can slideably insert snugly into the slot of the outer component. When the insertion component is within the slot, the slot surface and the outer surface of the insertion component can clamp and hold hair therein between, thereby creating a bun or puff effect for hair inserted therethrough. The bun or puff effect is shaped according to the shape of the insertion component.

One end of the drive shaft is connected to the motor and an opposite end to a cam for directly driving the cam which has at least one lobe a portion of which cam is received in an oscillatory cavity for imparting a pushing force on the walls of the oscillatory cavity in response to rotation of the drive shaft for moving the oscillatory head bristle holder with a back and forth oscillatory motion. By eliminating the need for precision gearing, this direct drive arrangement simplifies and makes more efficient the translation of rotary motion into oscillatory motion.

Abstract: An eye make-up application machine is provided, which includes a cosmetics provider in an eyeshade. The control device can control the cosmetics provider to move to a make-up application utility into position in order to spray or apply cosmetic materials to a contour corresponding to a human eye. Thus, the invention can provide an automatic make-up application utility for variously and accurately carrying out a makeup-application on eyes selected or emulated by one or more users. An eye contour image in the invention can be provided by an internal or external storage device or image recognition device. Abstract: A toothbrush having an arrangement of cleaning elements for improved oral care and dentifrice retention. In one aspect, the invention is a toothbrush comprising a first set of cleaning elements forming a loop that extends from the distal periphery of the head to the proximal periphery of the head. The loop has the shape of a racetrack and comprises a first par-elliptical wall of cleaning elements at the distal periphery of the head and a second par-elliptical wall of cleaning elements located at the proximal periphery of the head. The par elliptical walls are connected first and second arcuate rows of cleaning elements. In one embodiment, the first and second arcuate rows are symmetrically arranged about the longitudinal axis so that peripheral convex surfaces of the first and second arcuate rows face the longitudinal axis.

A second fluid movement path is provided between the first compartment and the second compartment such that liquid in the first compartment drains to the second compartment under gravity when the bucket is in the second position. Abstract: A brush for use on sensitive surfaces includes a twisted wire core having a handle end and a bristle end, and a plurality of bristles extending radially outward from a portion of the wire core defining a bristle block. The brush further includes a protective tip integrally formed on the wire core at the bristle end for preventing the brush from damaging sensitive surfaces. The wire core and the protective tip are formed from the same material.
