Abstract: The present disclosure relates to hair styling apparatuses and related methods. The hair styling apparatus includes a heated barrel defining a stationary hair styling surface, and a rotating member configured to rotate around the stationary hair styling surface. The rotating member includes a tab fixedly extending along a longitudinal length of the stationary hair styling surface over less than an entire longitudinal length of the hair styling surface to gather and wind a user's hair around the stationary hair styling surface without clamping onto the wound hair.

Abstract: A roller assembly for a cosmetic device includes a cylindrical drum portion having an interior and an abrasive outer surface; first and second ends enclosing opposite ends of the cylindrical drum portion; and first and second posts extending from the interior of the cylindrical drum portion and being movable along a longitudinal axis of the roller assembly.

In one aspect the hair styling device includes: a body defining a chamber adapted to accommodate a length of hair, the chamber having a primary opening through which the length of hair may enter the chamber; a rotatable element adapted to engage the length of hair adjacent to the primary opening; an elongate member around which, in use, the length of hair is wound by the rotatable element; a guide part adapted to guide the length of hair towards the primary opening, the rotatable element being rotatable relative to the guide part, the guide part being movable relative to the body. The movable guide part may also serve to press the length of hair towards the primary opening.

In one aspect, the toothbrush member is rotatably coupled to the handle for rotation between: (1) a first state in which the toothbrush member is positioned within the cavity, and (2) a second state in which the toothbrush member extends from the distal end of the handle. The first dispenser comprises a first store of oral care material and is rotatably coupled to the handle for rotation between: (1) a first state in which the first dispenser is positioned within the cavity, and (2) a second state in which the first dispenser extends from the distal end of the handle. In another aspect, the invention can be an oral care system comprising first and second dispensers and a toothbrush member rotatably coupled to a handle.

Abstract: A device to add height to a pony tail comprising a dome-shaped appendage integrally connected to a clip through a stem, the appendage having a plurality of arrow-shaped dowels of various shapes and lengths on its surface to trap and hold the hair in place over it so that the hair does not slide and fall to the sides, exposing the device. The clip of the device is comprised of a handle and two prongs connected at their bases through a round pin with a spring inserted around the pin to maintain the two prongs in continuous tension so that the clip with the appendage stays securely within the pony tail and does not fall off.

Abstract: A device for clamping thick, textured, coiled or kinky hair includes first and second curved components, each with an outer edge and an inner concave curved edge between first and second ends. The inner concave edges include a plurality of inwardly directed, spaced-apart teeth. A hinge joins the first ends of the curved components, enabling the second ends of the components to open and close around a bundle of hair with the teeth penetrating into the bundle. A cooperating closure maintains the device in position around the bundle of hair. The ends of the teeth define an opening even when the device is closed around the bundle of hair. The first and second curved components are preferably integrally formed from molded plastic. The cooperating closure may include first and second hook shapes. The device may come in different sizes to accommodate different hair textures and styles of children and adults.

Abstract: A wet and dry vacuum cleaner system is disclosed, wherein the system includes a debris container having an inlet and outlet, a filter support having a filter and being adapted to situate at least a portion of the filter within the container and intermediate between the inlet and outlet, a vacuum unit adapted to be coupled to the container, and a housing. A wet/dry vacuum appliance system is also disclosed, which includes means for housing a vacuum unit, means for slidably receiving a debris container, and means for releasably holding the container in sealed engagement with the vacuum unit. In addition, methods of removing debris from such a vacuum cleaner and vacuum appliance systems are described.

The device is a base portion on which a user can rest his or her hand, and a bottle holder portion that is fastened to the top of the base portion and securely holds a bottle of nail polish or nail polish remover while the user polishes the nails of the hand resting on the base portion. The base portion can curve upward and around to partially grip the user's fingers. The bottle holder may be an elastic flexible cup shaped to hold a bottle. The two parts can be detachable or integrated together.
