    Abstract: A system for producing a suitable fuel from waste material including a dispersion tank in which a rotating impeller is positioned in the bottom of such tank in close spaced relationship above a stationary plate and the facing surfaces of the impeller and the plate include shear blocks which intermesh to grind solid materials in the tank and disperse the solid materials in a blend stock making a suitable fuel. A cylinder is connected to raise and lower the impeller to control the spacing between the impeller and the plate and thus control the spacing between the shear blocks to control the fineness of the grinding of the waste material. Means is provided for discharging metal from the dispersion tank and means is provided for circulating liquid from the dispersion tank to an accumulation tank and for recirculating the liquid from the accumulation tank to the dispersion tank.

The first segment includes top, front, rear and side walls that define the shape of the interior of the deep portion of the stepped bottom basket and the second segment includes top, front, rear and side walls that define the shape of the interior of the shallow portion of the stepped bottom basket. The second segment may include an integral splint guide capable of receiving inner reinforcement splints for the bottom of the shallow upper basket portion.     Abstract: There is described a milling machine which has a shell main unit and enables an improvement in the efficiency of crushing ore by uniform distribution of grinding members within the shell main unit and which enables an improvement in the quality of crushed stones by prevention of excessive crushing of ore. The shell main unit includes a first cylindrical section provided on an ore supply side and a second cylindrical section provided on a crushed stone outlet side. The first cylindrical section is tapered such that the inner diameter thereof becomes greater toward the ore supply side, and the second cylindrical section is tapered such that the inner diameter thereof becomes greater toward the ore supply side. The first cylindrical section is tapered with a very small cone angle, and the second cylindrical section is tapered with a cone angle greater than that of the first cylindrical section. The axial center of the shell main unit resides in the first cylindrical section.

More specifically, the present invention provides grinders that reduce the size of plastic and other polymeric particles through circular shaped grinding rings. The present invention further provides an apparatus that reduces the time required replacing worn blade segments and, increases grinding or pulverizing efficiency. With the present invention, when the blade segments wear, an adapter ring is unbolted from a drive ring, and once removed, individual blade segments fitted onto the adapter ring slide out of the adapter ring for replacement or sharpening, without the need to unbolt individual blade segments. In the preferred embodiment, the present invention comprises a dovetail type fitting wherein, the male section of the dovetail fitting is connected to the blade segment and the female section of the dovetail fitting is connected to the adapter ring.
