  • Patent number: 10550599
Abstract: A portable residential fence system with a lower post surround assembly, a middle post surround assembly and an upper post surround assembly. Each assembly is made of four adjoining strips. The lower and middle surround assemblies are attached to each other by angled joining strips. The lower post strips include extension brackets that are flat to the ground. The lower and upper surround strips include apertures that allow bolts to extend horizontally to attach fencing to the post. Stakes can be driven through apertures in the lower assembly extension brackets and into the ground so that a fence post can be held in an upright position without the need for cement footings or other holding methods that are not portable. The surround strips and joining strips are all made of rigid material such as metal or glass filled plastic.

  • Patent number: 10513012
Abstract: An adjustable socket including a housing designed on a longitudinal axis, with a series of grooves extending longitudinally along the interior wall. A disc with drive channels intruding obliquely off-center from the perimeter is locked into position within the housing. Jaw members with drive rods are mounted in the disc drive channels, free to move laterally along fixed paths. An axially rotatable drive core with a drive surface is positioned within the housing, engaging the drive rod of each jaw. Rotation of the drive core forces the jaws to travel inwardly along the disc drive channels as dictated by the drive elements of the drive surface, to be forced against a fastener within the jaws. A locking mechanism holds the jaws in position on the fastener. Release of the locking mechanism allows rotation of the drive core in the opposite direction to release the fastener.

  • Patent number: 10463910
Abstract: A portable stretcher consisting of an ergonomically configured main shaft having a plurality of perforations (i.e., round shape openings) at one end configured to receive a round handles stick is provided. The stretcher shaft has an angled top part and a curvature-shaped lower part configured for most effective stretching. Positioning of the handle stick on the stretcher shaft combined with a body forward lean angle defines the range of a spinal stretch. By moving the handles stick up or down along the stretcher shaft, a user can change the stretching range while holding onto the handles stick. For the best stretching results, a user can start at the first position and progressively move the handles stick through all other positions to the top end of the stretcher shaft while continuously leaning forward.

  • Patent number: 10455762
Abstract: A sugar beet harvest apparatus provides in sequence a pair of field cultivator teeth, a pair of discs, and subsequent thereto a V-shaped basket of helical screw propellers. The field cultivator teeth and discs may be spaced nominally to engage both sides of a single crop row, or in an alternative embodiment may be spaced nominally to engage one side of a first crop row, and the opposed side of a second adjacent crop row. In either case, the field cultivator teeth pierce the soil and gently lift the root crop. The discs may flip the beets and soil into the helical screw propellers. A pair of ground-level helical screw propellers lift the root crop, while pulverizing the soil and cleaning the root crop in the process. Each of the helical screw propellers lift the root crop, while pushing rocks and soil rearward proximate to the soil surface.
