Further, a probe with worn conductive film is electroplated again with a conductive film. The conductivity of the probe is increased and the probe is more worn-endurable and friction endurable. The dirt and dregs on the surface of the probe can be reduced. Electromagnetic interference is decreased and the probe can be trimmed easily. The probe is reused again and again and the lifetime of the probe is prolonged. The yield ratio is increased and the cost in testing is reduced.

    Abstract: A method and structure for manufacturing long-wavelength visible light-emitting diode (LED) using the prestrained growth effect comprises the following steps: Growing a strained low-indium-content InGaN layer on the N-type GaN layer, and then growing a high-indium-content InGaN/GaN single- or multiple-quantum-well light-emitting structure on the low-indium-content InGaN layer to enhance the indium content of the high-indium quantum wells and hence to elongate the emission wavelength of the LED. The method of the invention can elongate emission wavelength of the LED by more than 50 nm (nanometer) such that an originally designated green LED can emit red light or orange light without influencing other electrical properties.

Vibration efficiency generated by the vibratable member is improved through the connection member. An accommodation space is formed by the fastening plate and the nozzle disc.

The support includes a lamp cover for supporting the lamp. The lamp is directly covered by the lamp cover for preventing the lamp from deformation that could occur because of temperature difference. When used in a large-sized liquid crystal display, at least one pin can be provided on the support in order to support the diffuser plate and the lamp so as to prevent them from deformation that could occur because of temperature difference.

With a balanced output load, either is resistor-capacitor (RC) load, resistor-inductor (RL) load, or a combination of the three (RLC), symmetrical output waveforms are obtained thereby. Notice that two quadrature inputs and their inverse-phase signals are provided to the purposed dual Gilbert mixer circuit, and two outputs in inverse-phase are obtained accordingly as meditated in this invention.
