  • Publication number: 20240382756
Abstract: Systems and methods for customizing signal processing in a medical device to improve a closed-loop neuromodulation therapy are disclosed. An exemplary electrostimulation system comprises an electrostimulator to provide a neuromodulation therapy, a sensor circuit to sense a physiological signal from a patient, and a controller circuit. The controller circuit selects a signal transformation model from a plurality of candidate frequency- or time and frequency (TF)-based transformation models based at least on a signal property of the sensed physiological signal. The controller circuit processes the physiological signal using the selected signal transformation model, extract signal amplitude and phase information from the processed signal, and generate a feedback control signal to the electrostimulator to adjust the neuromodulation therapy based on the extracted signal features.

Abstract: Systems and methods for customizing signal processing functionality in a medical device to improve a closed-loop neuromodulation therapy are disclosed. An exemplary electrostimulation systemH comprises an electrostimulator, a sensor circuit to sense a physiological signal from a patient and to collect patient condition or contextual information during the sensing of the physiological signal, and a controller circuit. The controller circuit determines a signal processing parameter such as a filter setting based on the patient condition or contextual information, process the physiological signal using the determined signal processing parameter, and generates a feedback control signal to the electrostimulator to adjust the neuromodulation therapy based on a signal feature extracted from the processed physiological signal.

  • Patent number: 12147489
Abstract: Examples described herein include systems and methods for dynamically determining a server for enrollment with a management system. An example method can include receiving user input at an application executing on a user device, such as a portal application that provides access to and authentication for other applications through a catalogue of application icons. If the user input includes a first URL but that URL produces an error when used in conjunction with extensions associated with a management server, the application can automatically use extensions associated with an application-support server. The application can then retrieve a second URL from the application-support server and use it for performing enrollment steps at the management server. The enrollment steps can include authenticating the user at an identity service and determining the user's group ID for enrollment, for example.

  • Publication number: 20240380752
Abstract: A system receives an access token generated by a user performing authentication via an authentication device, for example, a smart card. The system obtains a personalized virtual machine assigned to the user. The system exchanges the access token for a temporary certificate having an expiry time. The system provides the temporary certificate that includes verifiable user identity to a personalized virtual machine. The system provides the user with access to the personalized virtual machine. The system allows the user to present verifiable user identity and connect to any of a plurality of systems without requiring the user to authenticate again using the authentication device. After the expiry time of the temporary certificate is exceeded, the system denies subsequent requests from the user to connect to any of the plurality of systems.

  • Patent number: 12141616
Abstract: Systems and methods presented herein provide examples for distributing resources in a UEM system. In one example, the UEM system can receive a request to check out a user device enrolled in the UEM system. The request can include a profile identifier (“ID”) of a user profile making the request and attributes of the user device. The UEM system can create a hash of group IDs associated with the profile ID. The UEM system can create a device context that includes the device attributes and the hash. The UEM system can then determine if the device context matches to a resource context. Resource contexts can identify a set of UEM resources associated with a device context. Where a match is found, the UEM system can provide the corresponding resources to the user device.

  • Patent number: 12137217
Abstract: A device for encoding video data includes a memory configured to store video data, and a video encoder implemented in circuitry and configured to encode a future picture of the video data having a first display order position, the future picture being included in an intra period (IP) of the video data, the IP comprising a plurality of groups of pictures (GOPs), and after encoding the future picture, encode a picture of an ordinal first GOP of the plurality of GOPs using the future picture as a reference picture, each picture of the ordinal first GOP having display order positions earlier than the first display order position. Encoding the future picture in this manner may result in encoding performance improvements with minimal increases in encoding and decoding complexity.
