  • Publication number: 20050288810
Abstract: A system and method for automatic SPC chart generation including a storage device and a data acquisition module. The storage device stores a chamber management tree, a recipe window management tree, a parameter configuration table and multiple chart profile records. The data acquisition module, which resides in a memory, acquires multiple process events and parameter values corresponding to the process events and a process parameter, selects a relevant statistical algorithm, calculates a statistical value by applying the statistical algorithm to the parameter values, creates a new chart profile record and a parameter statistics record therein if the chart profile record is absent, and stores the statistical values and measured time in the parameter statistics record.

  • Patent number: 6980876
Abstract: A temperature-sensing wafer position detection system and method which uses temperature to determine whether a wafer is properly positioned on a bake plate prior to commencement of a photolithography baking process, for example. The system includes a bake plate and a temperature-sensing apparatus which engages the bake plate and measures the change in temperature (?T) of the bake plate over a specified time interval to determine whether the wafer is properly or improperly positioned on the support. In the event that the ?T of the bake plate is at least as great as a given temperature change threshold value over a specified time interval, this indicates that the wafer is properly positioned for processing.

Abstract: An electrical connector (1) includes an insulative housing (3) mounted onto a mother board, and a mulitiplicity of contact modules (7) received in the housing. The housing defines first and second openings (245, 246) in a front portion thereof. Each contact module includes first, second, third and fourth contacts (80, 82, 86, 88) and a ground contact (84). The first and second contacts are inserted into the first opening to form a first signal contact group, thereby providing a first mating interface for a daugher board. The third and fourth contacts are inserted into the second opening to form a second signal contact group, thereby providing a second mating interface for another daughter board. The ground contacts are disposed betweent the first and second signal contact groups. The connector can thereby electrically connect the daughter boards with the mother board simultaneously.

  • Publication number: 20050231984
Abstract: A switching power converter for converting an AC power into a DC power. The converter includes a transformer, a charge storage unit, a synchronization signal generator, and a switch element. The transformer includes a primary side coil and a secondary side coil, and the primary side coil generates an induced voltage at the secondary side coil according to AC power. The charge storage unit charges according to the induced voltage and outputs a DC power. The synchronization signal generator generates a synchronization signal according to the induced voltage. The synchronization signal is the first value when the induced voltage is positive and is the second value when the induced voltage is negative. The switch element, serially connected to the secondary side coil and controlled by the synchronization signal, is turned on when the synchronization signal is the first value and is turned off when otherwise.

  • Patent number: 6948979
Abstract: An electrical connector assembly (10) includes at least one connector (12) and a shell (14) surrounding the connector. A number of locking tabs (24) extend vertically beyond a joint face (23) of the connector. Each locking tab defines an aperture (242) and a block (243) at a free end thereof. The aperture separates the free end of the locking tab into two spaced portions. The block protrudes outwardly from an outside of one of the two spaced portions. An opening (232) under the block is defined in the joint face for facilitating the molding of the block. The shell defines a number of securing holes (411) engagingly receiving the corresponding locking tabs of the connector. • Publication number: 20050204828
Abstract: A flow meter comprising a tubular main-body and a cover plate formed by printed circuit board which carries two pressure sensing devices tightly packed by soft rubber material for sensing the pressure head of and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the flow meter. Since the cover plate is mounted on, and fastened to the main-body by fastening screw, but not by adhesive to form a complete unit, the cover plate can therefore bear high fluid pressure without crack or damage, i.e., shall increase the capacity of bearing pressure, the service life and accuracy, and decrease the occurrence of malfunction to the flow meter.

  • Patent number: 6913070
Abstract: An improved structure of a planar heat pipe, having a top lid and a bottom lid. The bottom lid can be engaged with the top lid. A wick structure and a working fluid are installed in the heat pipe. The top lid has a top panel, which has a central flat area and a plurality of independent heat dissipating fins spirally arranged around the flat area. Each of the heat dissipating fins has a cone shape, and the height of the heat dissipating fins gradually increases from the center to the periphery of the top lid. A spiral heat circulating path is thus formed on the top lid. Thereby, when the cooling fan generates cooling air flow downwardly, an air impingement is formed upon the flat region of the top lid. The heat accumulated in the central flat region is then dissipated by the heat dissipating fins with an enhanced efficiency.
